fast and easy to do business with this provider. Price best in town and provide exactly what they promised. I didn't even need to be home.

Went very well and they were very professional.

I expected a truck with a logo on it. I tried to call stop bugging me to see if this person was legit. I only got the answering machine. It seemed like the spraying Time was very short. It worked as I haven seen any hornets around. I would have thought that they would have swept up the dead bees.

We ended up paying an additional charge but we knew that because we had more square footage than the big deal purchase. They also charged tax which we weren't aware of. We also had a fuel charge for making the trip out there, which there was no mention of. We had another pest control company come out and they found a couple of wasp nests, mud dauber nests that he didn't remove. They found spider webs that were older. I don't think he did much of anything when he came out. I would never use them again.

Provider was on time, polite and efficient. My kids and I huddled inside and watched as he tackled the large nest of bald faced hornets.

The technician was great!! very knowledgable and helpful. He answered all my question and did a great job of explaining the process and they followed up a few weeks later to be sure the problem was solved. He even went the extra mile in scheduling the treatment went there was an issue with the original appointment the call center scheduled. The only real hiccups were a small additional cost as the deal I bought wasn't exactly what I needed...not sure if that was an error in the part of their company or Angie's list as the fine print in the deal didn't exclude the issue in question.

The exterminator was on time, early actually. He sprayed the nest, which took a few minutes, and explained what I should expect. The yellow jackets are now gone!

Work done perfectly. We had spiders everywhere, inside and out. The company called me within hours of ordering the service and were out the next week. They showed up on time and wrapped up quickly. I would recommend as we haven't run into a spider since the treatment.

They were very responsive and pleasant to deal with to a person. I called as I was having issues with a rodent in the ceiling making noise and had found activity in the rafters/insulation. I needed it gone ASAP. I talked to them, they suggested a very good Angies List deal. and I took it. They came out, assessed the situation I had described. I had already been unsucessfull setting traps myself. They checked it out, found 1 potential access spot, and sealed it, Set some basic snap traps and a few bait stations on the outside of the house. and sprayed. the perimeter. Set follow up. At which time I signed up for their "Maintainance Plan". Their traps, like mine, did not work (likely Squirrel not rats) They came back a week later, and no traps had been tripped, and no activity in the bait stations. Yet, the "Visitor" was active on/off non stop that whole time. The follow up guy, was really trying to figure out what to do, but it seems that they don't deal with anything other than basic snap traps and bait stations for mice/rats. Nor do they have the ability to deal with difficult to access areas. I found some potential access points, and pointed them out. The followup guy tried to address a couple of them and left the rest to me to do. (he didn't have enough time or materials to do the whole job) He promised to setup a second Follow up since the problem had not been resolved and in essence I paid them to do the exact things I had already done with no better success. That was the last I heard. I have not been contacted about the second follow up, and have continued to address the issue myself. I have even ordered a "Cage Trap" as from my research, non rats/mice almost never get caught in snaptraps. I also spent a day doing my own sealing of potential access points. Activity has calmed down, though not sure if it has ceased. But I haven't heard back regarding the second follow up. In short, the people are very prompt and responsive, professional and polite, friendly actually. But I don't think they are set up for difficult situations. I think they are probably a very good service for basic bug spraying and dealing with mice/rats in very straightforward situations when you don't want to be bothered with dealing with Ortho and mousetraps. But if you are dealing with anything else, I would ask to make sure they are set up to handle it, and potentially if there is any guarantee etc. Sadly, I got nearly zero actual help or real value for money spent. They tried. But didnt really do anything beyond basic homeowner pest control which I had already done. Just be sure what you are needing and what they are offering. For basic pest control/spray these guys are very fairly priced with an Angie's List deal, and everyone I dealt with was very nice. Didn't fix my problem, but that doesn't mean I wouldnt reccomend them.

I immediately scheduled the appointment via Angie's list and received confirmation within an hour. He arrived within appointment window and was friendly. I showed him to the attic to have the hive removed and after inspecting it, said that it was a dead hive so he didn't remove it. I was still charged $75 for this service. My second issue is that only the exterior was sprayed which really hasn't helped. Only a few days later I started seeing spiders in the house. The deal that I purchase was $180 for both interior and exterior treatment. I don't like being ripped off and that's how I see this situation, I'm out $255 and received only 1 of 3 services purchased.

Overall a great experience. Came toward the beginning of the 2-hour timeframe they gave me, explained what they would do and how, and got it done quickly. They were very personable and clear about safety precautions important for the products they were using. No bees since!

Jeff called the evening I submitted the request for service. He was friendly, professional, and asked for all details. Told me I would probably see Kyle, who is the gentleman who showed up to do the work. I asked for a call before they came out as I work a mile from home, and I received one. Kyle was very friendly and thorough - he checked the wall inside of my rec room for any damage that the bees may have caused and, fortunately, there was none. He sprayed both openings in my siding where they were entering, told me what to expect and how long not to park in my driveway and he was spot on! We stopped seeing activity within 3 days. I recommend Stop Bugging Me and will utilizes their services in the future if and when needed.

Greg was thorough and informative, and a very pleasant person to work with. Although I hope not to need a pest control service again, this company will get the work if I do.

No more ants seen since treatment

Over the past year, I have found "Stop Bugging Me" to be punctual, communicative, and effective in solving problems. Very professional, always on time, explanatory (both verbal and written) in what they are doing and genuinely working to solve our specific problems. Willing to discuss alternatives, and provide insight and ideas about what to do next. Organized, professional, service oriented and good at what they do. A+

We had one significant and one minor yellow jacket nest just outside our home. I had tried to remove the larger nest with 3 applications of pesticide with no success. Tim of Stop Bugging Me took care of both of them in less than 30 minutes. I was responding to a special promotion on Angie's List, which is why I selected this provider. I'm happy I did.

I did have to pay tax about 9 dollars more.

The ants recently came back--probably a new set of them, because they were gone completely for a month or longer and only recently came back. I'll be contacting them again soon to try and wipe them out for good.

We originally paid the special price of $99.00 to have the paper wasps removed from the fence. However, after consulting with Jeff, we collectively determined these particular bees were not a threat and decided to just leave them alone. The price was reduced to a "consultation" fee. Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable. He could have sprayed the fence area and we would not have known any different. We really appreciated his honesty.

It went well...they are very professional and punctual. They are efficient and thorough. I could tell they have been doing this for a very long time and knew what they were doing.

Tom came out and the first thing I showed him was was one area in which, I thought, I was having a rat problem. Tom pointed out that it was more likely bats (which actually made a lot of sense once I thought about it). Unfortunately, they don't handle bats. So, I had to take care of that problem myself. That aside, Tom went into the crawlspaces, and all around the house. He found and sealed several entrances the rats were obviously using to get in/out of the crawlspace, and set a half a dozen snap traps. Tom came back for the follow up, sealed another entrance I found and checked all the traps. Didn't catch anything unfortunately, but I haven't seen or heard of the rats lately, so hopefully they've moved on (or are dead in my crawlspace). Overall, Tom was professional, punctual and did what I asked. Can't ask for much more than that. As for the cost of services, I bought an Angie's coupon for $189. This, apparently did not include tax which was an additional $17 or so. I'm not sure if that was noted on the coupon, but if it was, I missed it. That aside, that cost did include the follow up appointment. Given the amount of time it took and the materials used, I'm not entirely sure if I feel like I got my money's worth, but I don't feel ripped off by any stretch either. Incidentally, I'd gotten another quote from a crawlspace cleaning service which was roughly in line with what I paid. Though, that was without any sort of coupon or deal. Given that, I'd probably feel differently had I paid full price for the service.

I purchased an Angie's List deal mainly off reviews and name recognition from TV ads. I have to say, I was sorely disappointed. I've had numerous exterminators come around and peddle services--always the same routine: they'd get rid of wasps nests, check/repair screens around the foundation, spray for wasps/bugs etc., spray for mice, set traps, seal holes, and work on a maintenance plan for follow-up. When SBM showed up, I told him my primary concern was spiders and all the webs appearing in my house and rodents. He started off saying they couldn't do anything about spiders. I was a bit confused, even after his explanation, but we proceeded to talk about mice. I showed him to the crawl space below the house and the attic access. He set bait traps in both areas. Then he walked around the house and sprayed. He did avoid my herb garden, which I appreciated. However, nothing about access screens or wasps. When I mentioned a mouse manifestation under our dishwasher, he simply commented that we'd see what we got--no examination of the site or attempt to see where they might be getting in. I specifically asked about bug control in our lawn, which another provider mentioned they do. He gave me a very intelligent answer about why that was not beneficial and I understood and agreed with his response. A week later he returned to check traps. He disposed of two mice and was gone. No mention of maintenance plans or other issues at all. I feel like I paid $200 to have someone catch two mice. My cat does that--I wanted more of a plan to get rid of them and fix access points. Not worth the money or my time, in my opinion.
