They did a very good job, they arrived on time as schedule, with professional equipments. They sprayed poisons to the wasps nest, the whole process took about 3 mins and the wasps were all gone the next morning.

Service was prompt and quick. Sprayed wasps nest and they are gone now. Yea!

It went great and they got the job done. The guy was couple hours late due to traffic but it all worked out.

Since the beginning of the summer I had heard occasional loud buzzing / scratching noises above an upstairs room, seemingly millimeters above the ceiling. Suspecting bees or wasps, I looked outside but was unable to see any unusual "air traffic." Stop Bugging Me had a $99 deal on AL so I signed up. The employee who came out was professional and personable. Unfortunately I could not coax the buzzing sound to happen while he was here. He also looked outside and couldn't find anything out of the ordinary. A brief attic inspection didn't turn up anything either. He agreed to spray with an aerosol can of some pro-grade pyrethrins, and I had to evacuate the house for a few hours. Previously I had tried bug-bombing the attic with no effect, so I wasn't very hopeful, but, this seems to have done the trick. I used to hear the buzzing every day and so far it has been two weeks without, so I'm pretty sure the bugs are gone, whatever they were. I probably would feel slightly ripped off if I hadn't had the Big Deal (I think the normal price was closer to $200). In theory I could have bought a spray can of the same stuff mail order and done this myself. But, having my problem magically disappear for $99 is a pretty good deal too. I would use the same company again if I needed extermination pros in the future.

Thorough and professional evaluation of our ant problem, and thorough and professional resolution. Two visits were required to contact and treat ant infested areas. The follow up was included in the initial price. There are still ants, but they seem to have stopped coming into our house for the moment. There are certainly far less of them. These sugar ants are virtually impossible to eliminate and Scott did the best possible job given the conditions we (and our ants) provided. Friendly, prompt and reasonably priced service. No hesitation in recommendation.

This company gets an A+ in handling a customer complaint! I thought the spraying for spiders offer was great value so I purchased it. The guy who came out did a sub-par, non-thorough job IMO so I called their office. The response is what you would hope for (but often don't receive from other companies). They apologized and said they would send a Service Manager out to our home ASAP. Tom, the SM, did a wonderful job and even more then we paid for at no extra cost. Other companies should take a lesson from Stop Bugging Me Pest Control on how to handle Crisis Management. I would highly recommend them to all my friends.

tech arrived in the alotted time, treated the area. called back in august to schedule a follow up which came with the price only to find out the follow up doesnt cover spider treatment, which the ad doesnt say anything about exclusions. left a voice mail with the manager but as of 3 bussiness days have not heard back.

He was very communicative about what he was doing, the products and process that he used, and methodically worked his way around the house. He located a number of hornets' nests in our eaves that we didn't even realize we had. At the end of the service, I had expected a bit of upcharge for all that he had done over the course of about an hour, but he indicated that there was no extra charge. the first invoice we received after the service indicated a higher price, but by the time they billed our card they had corrected it and sent another invoice before we had a chance to get in touch with them.

Mike had excellent knowledge and great presentation, good use of the English language, clean and neat (wore blue foot covers) and cleaned up around area where he worked. He explained what he found and what his plan was for eradicating the creatures. He did his work and then scheduled a comeback date which he kept. He produced a trapped rat and said others may have eaten the DeCon and then died out in the woods from its effects. He voluntarily sprayed the exterior of the house. We now feel safe from varmints and bugs. This company really does the job right; quick, safe, responsible, effective. We will use them again on a half-yearly schedule. It is good to see such a fine company in Angie's List. So much more reasonable than others we have tried with less success!

I ordered the $99 Bee/Wasp Treatment deal on Angie's List. The nice CSR called me just a few minutes later and scheduled the service. Jeff and Mike arrived on time and were very polite and professional. I was concerned about the treatment being child and pet safe. They answered my numerous questions about the safety, wasps and their nesting habits. Jeff and Mike carefully applied the treatment and didn't leave any residue. I'm very pleased with the level of service I received from everyone in this company. The wasps were gone by the next morning. I will definitely use Stop Bugging Me Pest Control again. :-)

We had a wasp nest in the wall next to our bedroom. Stop Bugging Me came out and sprayed once and offered to come out again, free of charge if the first treatment didn't eliminate them. Sure enough, a week or so later, we saw a few wasps buzzing around. Stop Bugging came right out and re-sprayed, no charge. So far, so good. Overall, I was very impressed with the excellent communication, quick and friendly service and I would highly recommend this company to others!

The provider was very friendly and did what the job well. I'm not sure how effective it was....we have a LOT of spiders and ants, etc...so it wasn't long before they were all back, but I think it's more of a quantity issue of bugs versus the service. I'm sure I would need to have someone out on an ongoing bases in order to really keep the bugs out of the house. I had no problems with the provider.

It went very well. We were both satisfied with them. This was the second time we have used them. They did a great job. They were on time and pleasant to work with.

We purchased the service through a coupon on Angies List so I really cant confirm that Stop Bugging Me is top quality or super professional... I clicked the button, scheduled the service, and paid. They did a great job of cleaning the spider webs off the house and we haven't had a spider or ant problem since, so we're very happy about that!!

Very responsive and customer oriented company. I initially purchased a coupon from Angie's for an exterior treatment. When I saw a couple of ants inside the house I called and asked if I should do both interior and exterior. The lady on the phone was very helpful; she explained that it would be best to have both done, then told me about a coupon they offered for an interior/exterior treatment and said that I could just pay the difference if I wanted to change. Exterminator showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and got right to it. Haven't seen any ants since. My only suggestion for improvement would be that I would've liked a little more detail in the write-up that he left; what he found during the treatment, what areas were treated, any particular areas I should be watching to see if they come back... that sort of thing. Other than that, completely satisfied with the customer service, promptness, professionalism, and the job that was done. I'd definitely go with these guys again if I have any other issues.

He put a tape all around the area to keep people away. Next he sprayed the nest and it a day or two, we had no more wasps.

Michael not only sprayed wasp nest we called about, but located and sprayed two others which we did not see. He did a professional job and explained everything accomplished. Good news that there were no carpenter ants present. Michael offered to return and remove dead nests at no extra cost.

In short, the service was excellent. On all occasions, the front office was efficient & pleasant to work with. The technician arrived on time for both initial visits and all follow ups. He was professional & explained all work. Given the location of the hornets nest, they weren't able to eliminate it on the first visit but the treatment was effective and the nest was removed on the later visit. Rodents are never easy to deal with & my wife is no fan. The technician filled all garage access points and set traps. We haven't seen any activity since the visit & are hoping for the best. The company offers a maintenance program, but was not pushy about the sale. We will consider a follow up if the pests persist. We would certainly use this company again.

I was extremely disappointed with the company “Stop bugging me.” I saw a rodent in my house on Friday July 17th. I have never had that happened and did not know exactly what to do or who to call. It ran under the stove so I pulled the stove out from the wall and there was a large whole in the floor around the down draft vent. I had some foam that you spray for weatherproofing so I filled the hole around the vent. I had to work that day and did not have a lot of time to do research. I had heard lots of good things about Angie’s List so I signed up and looked for someone who had good ratings I saw the company “Stop bugging me” they had a good rating and a special so I called them. Shamika answered the phone and she told me if I paid through Angie’s list right away they could schedule an appointment for Monday. She also said that with their $179 special they would come out and do an exterior and interior inspection of my home including the attic and crawl space they would identify any holes where rodents could get in and fill two golf sized holes and then give me an estimate on taking care of any additional holes. After I got off the phone I signed on and paid right away and then called back a different lady answered and asked me if I had an attic I said yes. She said they could not schedule me for Monday because of the heat they could not have the appointment past 1PM and they did not have any morning appointments available. I ended up not getting an appointment until Wednesday. I was upset because it was a very stressful situation and I wanted someone out as soon as possible however I did not complain. After I had set the appointment I called back and asked what the difference was between the $179 and $189 I was told if it was over 1400 square feet that the $189 would handle it. I went with the smaller package originally because my house is 1400 square feet. After I had paid and scheduled the appointment I realized I should have gotten the bigger package to cover the bedroom I had in my detached shop. I called back and they said I could upgrade and they would just charge me the extra $10 when they charged me for the tax. I agreed. I did not see any rodents again until Monday night. Had they actually come on Monday as the original representative Shamika said they would the situation would have been a lot less stressful for me. Tuesday after work I went out and got some traps at the store and set them. On Wednesday morning there were two mice in the traps. I was leaving for work and would be coming home early to meet the person from “Stop bugging me” so I waited to let him dispose of the rodents. Kyle from “Stop bugging Me” showed up during the window of time he was scheduled to be there. As soon as he entered the house the first thing he said was I should sign up for their monthly service. I replied that my understanding was that he would do an inspection and identify any problems. It was also my understanding that if all the holes were filled there would no longer be a problem however I told Kyle we could talk about it when he was done. He started to do an interior inspection. I told him about the activity I had experienced and that I had upgraded to the large package to have my shop inspected as well. Also I told him I had noticed a while ago there had been a damaged vent cover and I had put a piece of wood over it and he said that probably did not work. I showed him the hole and he said that is possibly where they were getting in. He proceeded to start to walk around the house pointing at some holes in the eves of the house. He said I should hire someone else to fi it because it would probably be about $600 to fix it because the company paid him really well and they had just charged someone $450 to do a smaller job earlier in the week. When we were in the back he made a comment about not being able to see the house because there were some planters next to the house so I had someone there and they moved the planters. He told her she did not need to move them because he was only looking for the crawl space and did not need to see the actual house. The entrance to the crawl space was in my sunroom and actually had paved stairs going down to it. He did not look at the last one fourth of the house and proceeded into the crawl space. He came out saying he saw signs of activity down there. He then asked how to access the attic. I showed him the entrance he got a ladder and stuck his head up the ceiling. He said whoever put the insulation in did a job and he was not going to up there and that he mine as well leave if he could not get into the attic. I told him there was still a dead rodent in the kitchen that I wanted him to dispose of. I told him I had filled the whole under the stove and that after that it looked like they were going in and out under the dishwasher. I said I wanted him to pull the dishwasher out and look for a hole. He said he did not pull out dishwashers because of liability so I said I would do it and he could fill one of the outside holes because I did not have a tall ladder and it was up high. He did that while I unscrewed the dishwasher. When I went to pull it out it was stuck. By that time Kyle was back in the house. I asked my daughter to look and see if it was caught on something or if it was the electrical cord. Kyle said here let me do it so I moved out of the way. He did not look to see what it was caught on he just gave it a big tug. Sparks started flying and the power went out on the dishwasher. Kyle did not apologize he just said “this is why I do not like to take out dishwashers” Then said he was not taking it out. I aksed him to look in the cupboard next to the dishwasher that I had already cleaned out. At first he argued with me and said he wanted to experiment and set traps and see where they were coming in. I said no I want to identify the wholes that is why I had hired his company. He finally reached in the cupboard and said “found it” this is what we have been looking for a chewed hole and then he gave me a fist high five. I said I want to fill that hole as my second hole so he did. Then he packed up and left. He did not go in any of the bedrooms the bathrooms, the family room, upstairs, or to the detached shop. He scheduled an appointment with me for a week and said if I had any activity in the inside traps before then he would come out and take care of it. Less than an hour after he left there was a rat caught in the trap in the cupboard next to the dishwasher. I called the company and asked if they could send someone who could take out my dishwasher since I thought that is where they were coming from. The gal said “we do not do that” so I told her I wanted someone to come and get the rat that was caught and I wanted to talk to a supervisor about a refund. She said she would call me back. That was over a week ago and no one ever called back.

Went fine. I was out of town, they sprayed outside the house, bugs went away for a few months, pretty simple (just how I like it!)
