Excellent! Emily came and showed samples of fabrics and made great suggestions which I followed. Couldn't be happier!

It went really well in terms of the consultation, install and their responsiveness.

This was my second order from Stoneside. (The grades I have given the company are for this order only.) The first order was solar shades for the living room, and I was very happy with my experience then: excellent designer, responsive service, and good quality shades. This time, with a new designer and a different type of shade (cordless blackout), my experience was not as good. The designer did not give me an adequate overview of fabric for the shades and steered me toward a fabric that was of lesser quality than my old shades -- I didn't know enough to ask questions about that issue. The shades came quickly, as in the first order, and were soon installed, but I was dismayed that the shades were wrinkled. The installer kindly came back to steam the wrinkles out; but who wants a shade that wrinkles? Next was a more problematic issue: on each of several shades, when I pulled the shade up to the top of the window, the bottom part of the shade rose. To his credit, the installer tried to fix that phenomenon, and customer service supposedly worked on a solution; but nothing worked and I am left with having to pull the bottom part of the shade down when I shouldn't need to do that. Although at first responsive, customer service eventually quit responding. The 3rd problem I had with this company was that some of the shades were not as tight along the sides as I had hoped -- those the company redid, to their credit. The 4th and 5th issues have not yet been addressed: I was offered a rod to open and close the shades, but I have yet to see that rod; and because of all the trouble, I was promised a refund on installation -- I have yet to receive that refund. So I have had mixed experiences with Stoneside.

The sales process was excellent. The selection and pricing is excellent. The installation is perfect. They are lacking in their scheduling department. Make sure to confirm the day and time and ask that they are sure enough time has been scheduled.

I was very impressed. Stoneside showed up on time, explained all the options and choices and showed me some things I would have never thought of on my own. The Stoneside designer had great ideas and helped me with ideas. I checked around with a couple of other companies and decided on Stoneside. A few weeks later they called to schedule the installation. Again, the installer showed up on time and did a great job. I'm happy.

I shopped around, and I found that this company's prices are competitive; they are reliable, and they are very committed to customer service. I originally purchased one motorized shade and a dark shade. I loved the motorized shade so much I purchased a second one, and because I appreciated working with this company I wouldn't think of going elsewhere. I had the good fortune to work with Emily Nagel. She is committed to excellent service; she is efficient, reliable, and professional. She offered up excellent input that would never have occurred to me. I would highly recommend this company. it goes without saying I would use them again.
