+ -1 moreIf we like the drawings, we will pay him at that time. He is very easy going and not controlling. He doesn't try to control the project from beginning to end. He does exactly what we want. If we just want the professional drawings he will do that. He takes the time to walk through with the contractor and with us. He is coming up with design options and he will do the final drawing.
Description of Work: We have consulted with Peter Stoner Architects and he is going to draw up some things and go out and measure the house because we are doing a remodel.
