On removal we knew the supporting slab was 1-2 inches out of level - no problem. When replaced it was 5 inches out of level and had problems with flow rate because the return was on the high corner. Called them back and they pulled it up and did a better job leveling it at no extra charge.

Sold parts for hot tub. The jerk claimed the part was $150 new. Had a used cracked part, sold for a little less than 1/2 price, What was I thinking - bought it since felt was in a bind. Think he jerked me around since I am a female. If this is way someone treats you for a part - run away from a major purchase. Run run as fast as you can- if someone jerks around for a part what will they do if you make a major purchase. There are other places in Seattle who can help you.,

We visited the store to buy pool supplies. On the first visit they sold us the wrong chemical: we asked for muriatic acid and they sent us home with Sodium Hypochlorite (liquid chlorine). The bottle was sitting on a case of muriatic acid so I assumed it was the same thing. This customer service freely admited he had no idea what he was doing so I guess I should have checked. My bad. The second visit was to buy the muriatic acid we didn't get the first time. On the third visit we went looking for stabilizer (also known as cyanuric acid or "CYA"). I told him our stabilizer was at 0 and we needed to add some before we shocked the pool with bleach. The store owner was very rude and determined to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about. Actually, I do.... We left and bought the required chemicals at Lowe's. While we didn't have a service performed we felt this encounter was instructive about the level of customer service one could expect from this establishment. It's too bad, we will be installing a new pool heater - plus other work - and we looked forward to having the work done locally.

Unbelievably good experience. After having another store deliver two defective Clearwater spas, priced at $10,000, we got our money back and ended up with Spa Warehouse in Des Moines. What a difference! Dale is the owner, and he spent hours with us, educating us about different spa features and qualities, as well as helping us find exactly the right one for us. My husband is tall and I'm short, so the fit was a challenge. In the end, Dale took us outside to have us sit in a shell that he and his helper, John, pulled down from it's storage spot. It was perfect. In addition, the Clearwater spa exterior is basically an ugly plastic box, but Dale's spas are in beautiful hand built cedar cabinets. They will put the jets anywhere you want them! We got a bigger spa, with the jets in just the right places for our sore spots and all of the pumps and plumbing to support it - for a little over half the price!!! We simply couldn't be happier. We LOVE our Spa Warehouse spa and sit in it to relax every night. Don't buy a spa without going here. Thank you, Dale and John.

THEY TREATED US WITH A GREAT DEAL OF RESPECT. WE BOUGHT OUR 1ST HOT TUB FROM THEM 20 YEARS AGO. THEY ARE JUST AS PROFESSIONAL TODAY AS THEY WERE 20 YEARS AGO.

THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. THEIR PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER STORES IN THE SEATTLE AREA. THE SELECTION WAS VARIED AND WE WERE ABLE TO FIND THE COLOR AND SIZE WE NEEDED.
