My job needed: move my 8x8 hot tub from Bonney Lake to Whidbey Island. Called them up and got a quote for the move. It was half the price of their competitors. $900! I would have paid $1900 with the other moving companies. (I got their quote). They showed up within the window they gave me. 3 huge guys who handled that tub with ease and care placed on the new pad I had poured the week before exactly as I had asked. They were very polite, kind and courteous. It took them all of 15 minutes to unload that hot tub and place it on my pad. Great team. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Great job everyone. They just cut it up and picked it up and walked it off our deck!

They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional. They had all of the proper equipment required for the job. They charged the amount quoted over the phone, and accomplished the job in less than 15 minutes.
Description of Work: They moved my hot tub through a narrow walkway from my yard to the back patio. They repositioned the tub exactly as I asked.

I called Spa-go and was quoted a price of $375. When I called again, I was told $425 because I wanted the spa dumped. I told the scheduler the tub was behind a gate and gave him the gate dimensions. He said my gate was wide enough, and the crew would have a Sawsall. When the crew arrived, they couldn't remove the spa, which had been set in concrete (requiring a 4th man), and the gate was not high enough to get the spa through. They did not have a Sawsall. Cost: $190 for rescheduling. Two days later, the crew showed up 4 hours early. I didn't get home until they were almost finished. They cut up the hot tub to get it through the gate, so the 4th man was unneeded. They gave me an unitemized bill for $587.83 including $100 for a return trip. I called the office, but the scheduler didn't understand my problem with paying $290 because they couldn't do the job the first time. He told me the crews don't usually have a Sawsall and customers usually cut up the spa themselves.
Description of Work: They removed a spa (hot tub) from my deck, but because they were unable to do the work when they first came out, I was charged both a "rescheduling fee" ($190) and an extra $100 because they had to return a second day. I have no problem with the work that was done, but every time I called their office, I was told something new' or information I had been given was changed, and a $375 + tax job became an unitemized $777.83.
