SOUND WINDOW & GUTTER CLEANING

A team of gutter cleaners arrived on time - actually 20 minutes early. After I showed them a gutter which needed its nails hammered in (I'd mentioned this to their office beforehand), they went to work, quickly efficiently and effectively cleaning. They had ladders which did not rest on the gutters (which could damage them), In less than an hour, they were finished, and I was satisfied. It was easy to communicate with the team as well as their home office. They were very responsive and interested in satisfying me as a customer - a great experience!

I would not recommend using the Coupon service from these guys. I bought their current $175 for 30 window pane cleaning but was told after they came to my house and assessed the job that the cost would be $400+ because I had leaded glass windows and "old" windows that were sucsceptible to damage. The coupon has no "fine print" about leaded glass and/or old windows. The coupon does say that the deal includes "A walk-through of your home before work begins to assess the windows to be cleaned," which they claim gives them the right to change the terms of the deal with regards to the types of windows covered. I would recommend that they update their coupon to be more clear. Also, after confirming twice that our appointment was 2pm (and that they could arrive from 2-4p), they arrived at 1:30p while I was running an errand and my wife had to deal with them.

The guys were friendly, thorough and quick. They did approx 35 window panes in about an hour or so. Very happy with end result. The main guy even warned me about a few failing window seals to keep an eye on.

SWand G has been coming to our house for 4 or 5 years now. We have them out once a year. I only dinged them a little on professionalism, because they don't clean gutters by using a ladder, but rather walk on the roof, which is h****** the roof. That said, I'm guessing it would be even more expensive to hire a company that did it otherwise. The technicians that come out are very nice. They work to accommodate your house rules, like shoes off in the house, cleaning window troughs, etc. We especially appreciate that the owner has sent out the same person, Josh, most times. That's a big plus, and Josh is great. Having someone do these services saves us an entire weekend of work that can be used to do other household work we prefer like gardening, or doing something fun!

This is the fourth time I have used this company and they are fantastic. Always on time, aways professional and they do a great job.

The were prompt, thorough, professional. Walked around with me after the job was complete, touched up spots, etc Were conscientious and careful. Houses were older, so some minor damage occurred with rotted shingles, but they acknowledged up front that there was this potential so I was not getting into anything unexpectedly. Would totally hire them again.

Tony did a great job. My gutters had plants growing in them and the outside face was covered with green mildew in spots. They are now fully functional again, and look so much better now that they are clean.

I called and got a return call for an appointment that evening. At another place they saved me by cleaning gutters that another provided said he had cleaned and didn't causing a flood that cost me over $2000 and a tenant had to move out for a week! You can't see into the gutters when the building is two or more stories and you have to trust the provided to do what he says. I trust Mitch and Jesse.

I have a two story house in Woodinville and am on a greenbelt. Too many gutters are too dangerous for me to clean. They arrived on time, spent almost 3 hours cleaning all the gutters. Debris was removed from the roof and ground and taken offsite. I asked them if they could help seal some leaking gutter corners on the second story and they charged $30 for this work. $150 for a great job at cleaning and $30 for the sealing was a great value to me.

This was a great experience getting my old house ready for sale. Matthew was extremely prompt on returning calls for the estimating and his crew came out exactly on schedule to do the job. Everything went off smooth and they took there time to do a fantastic job. I will certainly be using them again on my new house. Thanks!

Almost one week ago I phoned to ask for my windows to be cleaned. I have used this company before and I was pleased with their service. I assumed that they would have a record of my windows/house. The windows were scheduled to be cleaned yesterday but I received a phone call saying that two of the windows were above uneven ground and required a second person to be there to 'hold the ladder'. This would be done the next day. I agreed although, wondering why this had not been thought out before hand. Today I received another call saying they would not be able to come as they had car problems. When I asked if the 'second person' could come and clean , it turned out to be a relative that lived near my house and was just going to help for a short while. I realize I am venting today, mostly because I took off all the screens yesterday and have had the windows closed for almost two days now and I still have to find a window cleaner ! TWO DAYS LATER Matthew, the owner of the company phoned and apologized profusely, offering to comp the window cleaning ( which I declined ) and have two technicians come to clean as soon as possible. Thankfully that was today. I am glad everything worked out.

We paid about $950 for their service and it was for an apartment building. My husband dealt with them. I thought they could have done a better job on cleaning the screens. Other than that, the glass and stuff is great. They gave us service for what was supposed to happen and they were on time, which was nice. I didn't interact with them on the phone and stuff. We would use their services in the future too.

Called for a quote to clean our gutters and exterior windows. Polite and curtious on the phone and then showed up when they said they were going to and did what they said. They cleaned up all their debris and left the grounds better than when they found it. The windows looked great.

Two men arrived promptly and went right to work. They were neat and left things as they were before they arrived. Everything looks great from my perspective.

I submitted how many windows I had in my house on their online form which was very easy. I was quickly given a call to set up a time for someone to come and clean the windows. In a day, they were out. They did a great job in a short amount of time! They also took care of all of my personal belongings as they worked.
