Charles, of Sound Concrete, was easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating to our needs. We had a repair of concrete steps leading up to our house, the ONLY access to the house. Charles arranged for the work to be done during the three days we were away. Perfect ! Job well done and conversation about the work was intelligent and discerning.
