I called Soreano's and they were able to have someone out to my house within 40 minutes! They fixed the problem and that was the end of it. I was one happy camper! They are very responsive. They are just terrific and just wonderful!

They came out and ended up doing the work for free. They are a small company. All of the employees are knowledgeable and responsive. They use top quality parts. They have a very good list of referrals for other types of work. I have gotten quite a few good referrals from them. They do very good work at a reasonable price.

I initially contacted the company by email, and was given a very reasonable idea as to how much labor and parts costs would be for the work I needed. On the day of the work, the plumber arrived a bit late due to an address mix up. Once he had arrived, we discussed what I wanted done and he was very upfront with how much time it would take and what exactly he needed to do. He took exactly as much time as expected to replace the hose bib and replace the portion of my drywall he removed for access well so that I could repair it easily myself.

I have previously written a very favorable review of this company, however, this last time that I used them I was able to be home the entire time the work was being done and now I realize I have been ripped off! Every other time I used Soreano's only one person came to do the work. On this occasion the plumber came with a helper. As I was home I paid attention to what was going on and checked on the progress of the job every fifteen minutes or so. The only thing the helper did was to carry the sink and the toilet up the stairs for the plumber. Every time I walked over to the work area the helper was standing and watching the plumber. They were at my house for less than three and a half hours. When I received my bill I was charged for seven hours of labor. I sent an email to them and told them that I thought it was strange that they sent a helper this last time and never before and that I was baffled that I was being billed the same rate for both the plumber and the helper. I let them know that I was there the entire three and a half hours. They responded that I was being billed five hours for the plumber and two hours for the helper. I responded to them that since they were only there for three and a half hours how could you bill me five hours for anyone? They have not responded to me. I have paid the bill they sent me but I have only paid for the labor they actually worked. I now feel that I should have questioned the other billing I received from them as on one occasion I let them in after 9 am and I came home at 4 pm and I was billed for eight hours. The work they do is good but they are thieves none the less. I warn anyone who uses this company to do so only if you can track the hours they are working or you too will be taken advantage of. Their lack of response speaks volumes to me but what they did put in writing is proof of their billing dishonesty.

They were out within an hour on New Years Eve Day. He fixed everything and did not leave here until he knew the job was done. He also was very clean and put tarps down as he worked. When guests came that evening they didn't know there was a problem.

Soreano's has proven to be fair in pricing (they charge by the hour and not by the job) and have given me better pricing on items purchased than those of larger competitors. They are on time and extremely professional. The employees who perform the work are talented, respectful of your property and polite. To get great service once could be a fluke, but three times you know this is just how they do business.

Soreano's is not the cheapest outfit in town, but they do exactly what they say they will do, and they don't make mistakes. The two other plumbers I have used have made major errors that left the kitchen sink unusable and caused all sort of unnecessary damage in the basement. Soreano's doesn't need me to stand next to them, making sure they aren't doing something wrong - the other guys both did.

They have come out to do an estimate. They are fair and their prices are very good. They are honest and have a great deal integrity.

I thought that the cost was really reasonable. I do know that all of the plumbers that work there have been with the company a long time (15-20 years). The plumber that came to my house worked for them for twenty years. He new his job and took only twenty minutes to do the work.

Soreanos was very, very helpful in helping me pick out sink fixtures in their showroom. Some things had to be installed by the granite countertop company, but had to come from another warehouse, so the Soreanos employee offered to drop the sink materials off at our house on his way home after work! The installation was efficient and thorough. He had all the necessary parts on his truck (that doesn't always happen with plumbers). We ended up spending more than we thought we would, but that was because he explained about our ancient plumbing parts and showed us how much more efficient (and safe) new parts would be. He was friendly and cleaned everything up perfectly.

The leak was fixed and the tub spout was replaced satisfactorily. The amount charged was higher than estimated. The work was completed without any further problem.

They came twice in one month - first to diagnose two leaks, and the second time to replace two toilets. Initially they couldn't schedule me until the next day, but later called back and worked to squeeze me in on the same day. They successfully diagnosed the leak, which a previous plumber had not done. I was pleased with the installations (easy-to-use washer valves, two new toilets), and the personnel were very pleasant. I would definitely use them again.

They did not remove the old lead pipes. Instead, they just put the new piping in next to the the duct work. As a result the cold water is always hot when the heat is running. I still have holes in the walls and they still haven't come back to fix them. They already charged me for the drywall work that hasn't been done. The old faucets on outside of the house are still hanging with the new faucets standing next to them. Ever since they've been here, the hot water faucet in one of the sinks in the bathroom won't turn on.

We called to ask questions about this kind of repair. The fellow we spoke to first couldn't give us an idea on a price for this type of repair, only quoted hourly rates, but suggested we call the owner for a better idea. We did, he gave us a ballpark idea. They came at the time promised and did a fine job. Very professional.

IT WAS NOT CHEAP BUT REALLY GOOD AND FAST.
