Description of Work: Solterra designed a Solar panel system for our house. |They did an amazing job from start to finish including design, installation, and follow up.

Description of Work: In the presenting and pricing, they were RIGHT THERE, available by phone and text and promptly replying. Once the contract was signed the installation date went from early October to maybe sometime in November. After further negotiation, They thought about starting on Wednesday of the week they were scheduled to be there at 8am Monday morning. The panels arrived on Friday, the next Monday the crew sat around for 3 hours because of a van breakdown and having no tools to work with. The guys were polite and cleaned up as best they could after, without a way to haul off the plastic and cardboard. The panels extend about a foot above the crown of the house, visible from the front. They were supposed to be flush with the top. The Electrical guys showed up the next week, late, again. Took a total of 2 weeks for a 3 day installation. The quality of the work is good and the personnel were very professional. Phone calls were not answered anymore and responses finally came when I threatened to cancel the job. So now the panels are in. They seem to be working well. I'll know more when the power bill arrives. I don't know if I would use this company again. May not be any worse than any other but it was an erratic, stressful time and MY time was not treated respectfully.
