When repairing the window turned out to be a bigger project than expected, Smart Glass called to let me know. The repair guy even came in on a Sunday to complete the work and I felt like they charged me a lot less for labor than I expected. Their price was very fair and they were easy to deal with. The door was returned in great shape. I would gladly use them again.

Don't be shocked by the location - it's a little shabby. But the price is good - at least $50 less than other bids I received - and the quality was great. I was able to schedule easily on the same day. Will definitely go back.

My windshield had cracks in it, and I didn't want to file an insurance claim so I used Smart Glass because of the price. The first windshield that they installed has waves in it so I went back and they replaced a second time. The second time there were water leaks inside my car. They fixed that, but I would not recommend this company due to the quality of the glass that the workmanship of the work that they do.

Well I was not satisfied with the work this company did on the window of my Toyota pickup. The window they fixed was solid before, and after they fixed it the window now rattles and makes all sorts of sound while driving down the street. Besides that the price was really high. I do not recommend them.

When I called the Smart Glass the scheduler was very friendly and helpful. We needed this glass replaced quickly, and they were able to schedule us in 2 days time. Unfortunately no one ever showed up to complete the work, nor did anyone call to even tell us they would be late or try and reschedule. My husband actually called Smart Glass and the person on the other end made to attempt in contacting the tech, he was told that he was running late. Two more hours had passed and we tried calling Smart Glass again and no one answered. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you want you glass fixed or replace I would invest the time and money with another company!
