Simonson security certainly wasn't the cheapest bid we got for our security system. However it was VERY clear from the time of the estimate that Dale knew what he was doing and was above and beyond other contractors. He knew about how to properly interface with our cable phone line and went over all our future home improvement projects to make a recommendation system for an alarm system. When providing the bid, he gave us a spreadsheet of all the possible installation options and let us customize a solution that would fit our home and security needs. Dale came to install the system about 2 weeks later. Despite it taking him one more day than he planned, it was a smooth installation. He was very neat and took care to have us keep the cats safe while he went in and out all day. After the system was installed, I was at work when he left. He taught my husband how to use the system and we arranged a time via email for him to come back to teach me all about the system before we set up monitoring. Dale now handles all our little requests to change our alarm monitoring via email and is always super responsive. While he wasn't the cheapest, his service was worth every penny! I would recommend Dale to anyone looking for a great alarm service installation experience.
