SEEATTLE'S FINEST CARPET CLEANERS

We were selling our house and our real estate agent recommended Nate to clean our carpets. She set up the cleaning time. I happened to drop by as he was starting the job. He told me the cost of the job and I said that we used a different carpet cleaner last year and they were way cheaper (about 1/2 as much). He argued with me that they were not a professional carpet cleaning service, which they were. And then started ranting about how he charges less than the national average and could not do it any cheaper. Well, he was already there and we had to get the house on the market so we let him complete the job even though it was for more money. He then wanted a payment, of which our agent had said he would just send us a bill. The cleaning came out ok. There was still a dark stain on the carpet from grease from a recliner. He left some lights on in the house when he left, too. I would never use this carpet cleaner again. Mostly because of how unprofessional he was in talking about the cost of the carpet cleaning itself.

They were on time, extremely courteous, and the rugs look awesome. Highly recommend.
