Every one I spoke with was extremely courteous, from the time I called to request an estimate to the time they said goodbye. The crew arrived very promptly, checked in with me to assure that the branches were trimmed according to my expectations and made sure they did a good cleanup before the left. I was very satisfied with the job from start to finish!

Quick estimate and flexible scheduling. Very responsive via e-mail. Day of work, crew showed up on time and worked diligently. Left yard clean and minus a tree and stump. Front yard had a big stump on a small patch of raised grass, hard enough to mow let alone grind a stump out of. They did a fine job. Very happy with the job Tree Cycle did.

The worked turned out excellent. I am very happy. They have competitive pricing and are knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns.

From the initial estimate to the completion of the job, Peter and his crew were professional, responsive and timely. They removed three large, hazardous cedar trees from our property as well as other smaller trees that posed a potential threat. After completing the work, they exceeded our expectations in cleaning up. Not only did they remove all debris from the project, they also raked all the leaves in our front yard, moved our old wood to the same pile as the new wood and thoroughly cleaned the roof and gutters of an outbuilding some leaves had landed on during the project. We would highly recommend this company.

Peter came out and gave us an estimate for the work. He was able to provide an estimate on the spot which was priced lower than the other bids we had received. The work was scheduled in a timely fashion which we appreciated since the tree was close to our house and some of the limbs had already broken off onto our roof and porch. The team that came out to remove the tree was exactly on time and they were efficient. They were also very friendly and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

They did an excellent job. This was the first time they came out to service my yard.

Peter came out to give an estimate in mid September. I had 3 estimates and his price came very close to one referred by a yard maintenance company. We decided to go with Tree Cycle because of the reviews on Angie's List. Initially, when he came out I only had him bid on removing 2 small trees, grinding the stumps and thin and prune all 7 of the remaining trees in the back yard. After he gave the bid we decided to have another existing stump removed. It was had to get a hold of someone on the phone. I had to leave several messages. When the office manager did get back to me she said she had to ask Peter so it took another day before I got the bid on grinding one stump. The quote was very high compared to our other bid, in fact it was 4 times the price. So I told them I would pass on that unless they can discount it, the office manager said that Peter would look again when they came to do the work. When Peter initially came out he said they would be able to do the work the following week, however when I decided to use them I guess all the times have filled up so we had to schedule out to Oct. 8th. I was told they would start the work at 8am and since it was scheduled a couple of weeks in advance nobody showed up at 8am so I got worried thinking they forgot. I called but the answering service said they are out of the office until Oct. 18th, then I was really worried that this would fall through. However, the crew did show up at 8:35. Peter did not come but there was a note saying that they can discount that stump to 1/2 of what was originally quoted so I went with it. I'm very pleased with the overall work performed. The trees and stump that was removed was all patched up nicely. There are some leftover wood chips around the grass but it's because I told them to be careful since we just re-seeded some patches of grass (poor timing on our part). Otherwise, I think they would have used a blower.

I contacted Tree Cycle for an estimate based on the multiple great reviews on Angie's List. They sent over an estimator to quote for the removal of a diseased apple tree in the middle of my front lawn and two fruit trees from our back yard. The quote for cutting down the three trees, grinding down the stumps, and removing all the debris was only $475.00. A crew of four came right on time on the morning of October 5th and had all three trees down, ground up, and the stumps ground into the ground within two hours. There was barely any trace that the trees were ever there! We were amazed at the efficiency of the crew and how neat they were. This is how a business should be run!!!

Overall, they did a great job on the work. I did have a single complaint which I never followed up with them on involving a branch from the removed tree which was left on the property. It was a large branch which I still have not been able to remove because of it's location. I feel they may not have been able to remove it either, but since it was non-impacting to me, I didn't bother following up with them. Everything else that they did was great.

This is a GREAT company. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate, and when I accepted their bid, they accommodated my extremely short notice request for the job to be completed before I left town for vacation. They were prompt, friendly, courteous, neat, and very professional. My next door neighbor sent me an email that said, "The tree removal looks amazing?I left yesterday at 9 and didn?t come back until 5, I can?t believe it was done so quickly and looks like nothing ever happened!"

I received a call from Kelsey on the morning of July 19, 2010. She gave me Tree Cycle's bid for removing a very large laurel hedge from the side of a duplex. It ran the length of the building plus approx. 10' out each side. It was approximately 15' high. I told her the price was right and to go ahead and remove it. Peter called me approximately 15 minutes later and said he could take it out today if possible. I gave the go ahead. I received an e-mail from my tenant just prior to 3:00 PM with an attachment showing me where the hedge used to be. amazing just how fast this happened. They also gave us a 10% seniors discount. Very impressive!! I should also mentioned that the other bid I received was double the cost.

They arrived first thing in the morning, and started working on removing the trees. They worked efficiently, and finished the work within a few hours. They cleaned up the branches very well. Overall, I am impressed with Tree Cycle, and will definitely use them again.

Tree Cycle was professional, and responsive from the very first contact. They gave a free estimate that came in below what I expected. They did the work on schedule and with no issues. I'm hard to reach on the phone so they accommodated me by handing all communication via email from scheduling the work to payment. I would definitely use them again.

On time, friendly and professional. Very pleased and satisfied with work. I referred Tree Cycle to a friend who used his service to remove a huge overgrown tree and they were very happy with the work done. Definitely would hire again.

The team of four arrived on time, they began set up immediately while I consulted with their lead arborists. He told me which limbs should be removed. He scampered up the tree, roped things off, sawed limbs, gently lowered them to his team that dispatched of them promptly. The team removed lawn furniture from below, protected small plants in containers and hustled the limbs off to the drive for mulching. They were in and out in no time, the tree looks great and you can even tell all that action took place in the yard or drive. They're amazing.

Peter came a little early for the estimate and was very thorough in his assessment of what he would do in accordance with what I wanted done.........we were on the same page from the get go...........Peter's estimate was very reasonable and he was willing to work with me as to what I wanted done with no quips. Tree Cycle had no problem accommodating my wishes for setting the service time out a couple weeks while we waited for less wet weather...my back yard gets muddy. On the day of service Peter and his crew were here on time and went right to work.......I enjoyed watching them work from a safe distance and was glad that Peter frequently asked me if I liked what he was doing and if he wanted to trim a limb he was not sure I would be ok with he asked me before taking it off.........he also asked me about the height for the tree pruning between me and my neighbor and was very skilled and artful in thinning................his crew were very careful considering I have a densely planted yard and cleaned up everything as though they had never been here. I could not be happier with the wonderful job Peter and his crew did with my trees and the care they took to keep my yard as intact as possible....my yard is beautiful and wonderfully full of light now. I HIGHLY recommend Tree Cycle for the price, skill, professionalism and their attention to the customers detailed requests. My final bill was exactly what the estimate stated plus tax..................honest, friendly and courteous.......I'm so happy I chose Tree Cycle.

Peter and his crew were a joy. Received estimates from several other companies and bid was lowest. Phone conversation also indicated expertise as well as high Angie scores. Peter's crew arrived on time with all personnel readily identifiable with safety vests, goggles, etc. They were all very professional and quick. Trees were down in no time and job site looked better than prior to the removal. Peter checked several times to ensure my satisfaction. I have recommended this company to several of my neighbors who were equally impressed.

Peter and his team arrived punctually on time and ready to go. He took a moment to go over the details of the job, his recommendations of service, and took my feedback into consideration of how I wanted the back yard to look as well. I had to leave for work, so we did all of our business upfront. Upon returning from work I was delighted to see that they did a fantastic job. Cleaned up all the downfall and trees waste from the trimming. They did a great job in shaping the laurel, and to top it off they even did a little pruning at the base of my 2 cherry trees in my front yard for free! I know exactly who I am calling for future tree service, Tree Cycle was fantastic!

Overall, Tree Cycle did a great job. Peter, the owner, gave me an itemized estimate. I had originally thought to remove a very large beech tree, but Peter talked me out of it. He suggested pruning the tree, and said that if I still wanted to remove the tree, he would apply what I paid for pruning toward removing the tree. He was professional, knowledgeable and conscientious. The crew showed up as scheduled, and worked quickly and efficiently. They actually finished ahead of time, and cleaned up very well. I'm very happy with the results. I plan to have Tree Cycle come back to help me plan the planting of trees or bushes to replace the removed trees.

They came early, got right to work and did an excellent job on the chestnut.They were careful to not damage flowering shrubs in the yard, and cleaned up very well (even a yard waste pile I had accumulated!). they were knowledgeble about their work. We were gone on errands the next morning and returned to find the apple tree pruned nicely.. This is the second we have used this firm. We recommended then to friends who had a very large job and were very pleased with Peter's work.

I've used Treecycle before and didn't hesitate to call them when we needed more tree removal done. Peter and his wife are very responsive and communicate well by phone or email. Peter's prices are VERY fair and he does a great job. The only little issue I had was with someone from the crew walking through my flower beds in the front yard (thus the grade of 'B' for professionalism) and the fact that I lost one small tree underneath the cottonwood (occupational hazard?) and my rose bush lost about 4 feet of branches. Peter and the crew are safe, efficient. They cleaned up nicely. They also ground one small remaining stump exposed/left over from the last job - - we found it when trying to plant a hedge. It wasn't something they forgot the first time, we exposed it. They got rid of it so we could plant our hedge and didn't charge us. I missed Peter at the end of the job... I think he misplaced his wallet and had to go ... but I never got to say thanks or chat with him at the end. George took care of me, however : ) .

TREECYCLE exceeded our expectations * They were extremely quick -- they completed the job on two visits, and finished both while we were away for only a short while. Scheduling became an issue only because they are in such demand, and were called away for bigger emergency situations. Our needs were small by comparison. So they were like the shoemaker's trolls and completed the jobs when we, regretfully, weren't around to watch. * Peter was extremely professional -- recommended by our landscaper, Peter took the time to explain exactly what he could/would do; was understanding of a couple of unusual requests we had concerning the pruning; and even offered to return, free of charge, to prune more after the tree leafed out. * They are truly "green" -- they offered to haul away several other large limbs, from a bush we had cut back, to make into chips for parks and playgrounds; saving us the time and expense of hauling them to the transfer station.

Peter arrived fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled time and his crew was arrived five minutes later, on time a good start. It only got better. When they finished everything I contracted for was delivered faster than I had anticipated. The area was actually cleaner then when they arrived. It is rewarding to contract with true professionals

We gave Peter and his crew a tough job. Remove four 70-90 foot fir trees in our back yard surrounded by fences, our shed, our house and three other property owners. The only access was a gate on either side of our house and about 150 feet to the street. The removal required care, consideration and a lot of hard work. They started on time, dove into the work and never stopped until it was finished. No property damage and all our neighbors were happy. Peter took the time to consult one of our neighbors about pruing his fir tree as our removal left his sparse on one side. Our neigbor was very appreciative and thought the pruning turned out well. All requests at the time of estimate were executed without reminder. The Treecycle crew's work ethic is remarkable and it's obvious they take pride in their work. You just don't see this anymore. We would have paid much more and still been satisfied.
