SEATTLE RUBBISH REMOVAL

Will and Spenser called ahead and were able to come by earlier than planned. They were extremely professional and friendly. All work was done efficiently and they were quite respectful of my property. The pricing provided over the phone was quite accurate and once they were able to get a better look at what then were collecting, provided a new estimate before starting the work. Seattle Rubbish Removal was recommended to me by a coworker and I am very happy I went with them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

The two-man crew of Alex and Johnny arrived on time and were very efficient in clearing out all of the household junk which we had pre-positioned in the garage. They looked at the items we wanted removed; estimated how many truckloads would be needed; how long it would take; and approximately what the final cost would be. It was literally a mountain of miscellaneous stuff and they tackled it immediately and did not stop until all of it was gone. They made one trip to the dump; returned in 30 minutes; resumed loading; and even swept out the garage when finishing up. We couldn't be more pleased with the service which Alex and Johnny provided. They are top-notch!

I was impressed with how quickly they were able to respond to my call. I had them scheduled within 24 hours of my initial contact. I had been frustrated dealing with things left behind by the previous owners of my house. Very friendly and professional technicians did a quick and thorough job with a great attitude and a sense of humor. Although the price was high (I had them dispose of a lot of paint as well as a broken window air conditioner - both of which require extra fees and effort to dispose of) I would use them again and recommend them highly to anyone who needs to clear some space and doesn't want to deal with the hassle.

The guys from Seattle Rubbish arrived on time and did a great job removing all the trash in my garage. They were efficient and quick, finishing the job within an hour. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Zach and Cory were the team, (Zach leader and driver) and worked very effectively. I assisted the crew so that we didn't have to pay the additional charges that apply if the work can't be accomplished in 1 hour. We provided a completely full truck load for removal. Zach in particular was very strategic in how to load to get all our material in the truck. We will definitely use again as we may have another 1/2 load for them to pick up.

Everything was great. Cory and Robert did an outstanding job. They worked so diligently to try to get everything to fit into one load. The 20 yard truck was filled to the top. They broke down boxes, larger items and flattened carpet. They made use of every nook and cranny on that truck to get it all to fit. I couldn't be more pleased.

These guys are fantastic! Their communication is excellent; they scheduled us the day after I contacted them and worked quickly when they arrived. And based on my past trips to the transfer station, I feel their prices are fair and reasonable. I initially messaged Eli via Angie's list, describing the amount of debris I needed to have removed. He replied very promptly. I also talked with Will on the phone and emailed photos so they would have a better idea of how much debris there was. They estimated up to a full load and sent me their price list, which I felt was reasonable. They came the next day. They were running ahead of schedule and called before coming to make sure it wasn't a problem if they arrived earlier than planned, which worked great for us. When Spencer and Mike arrived, I showed them what was to go and they got to work right away. It only took them about half an hour to finish! The total amount of debris came out to be 1/2 truckload of deck debris plus $50 for concrete. (Just realized I forgot to ask about the Angie's list discount but perhaps it was included since the overall charge was less than I anticipated.) Seattle Rubbish Removal is professional, prompt, and easy to work with. I am planning to have them back in the near future to remove a cedar shed.

In 2012 and 2013, we gutted our bathroom and part of a bedroom closet to remodel. We spoke with Eli at Seattle Rubbish and were able to schedule 'pick up' appointments very quickly each time, that worked with our schedules. Will and Ty called in route with approximate arrival time. Upon arrival they gave us a brochure with their standard volume rates, etc. Looked at the amount of debris and indicated the price before starting their work. They quickly loaded up all the scrap, including 2 toilets and a sink, and then cleaned/swept the area - driveway and car port. The area of the lawn where the debris had been sitting was amazing clean, both times! The third time (2014) we called them was after an upstairs water heater flooded. Debris consisted of pieces of drywall ceiling, carpet and carpet pad. Again great service. Each load was priced according to volume and weight and varied between $155. and $350, and so worth it! They were fast, strong, and congenial! We will be calling them again with our next/future remodeling project. Our apologies for not submitting this sooner?still learning the system.

Scheduling was very easy, but we had some kind of miscommunication (or possibly the person answering the phone screwed up and was covering for it) and I hadn't heard from them by the end of the time window they'd told my sister when she scheduled the pickup. When I called I was told we were actually scheduled for the next day, which wasn't a big problem for me. The driver sent a text message as requested when they were 15 minutes away. Loading the truck was fast and professional. I had a lot of recyclable and reusable items and I'm confident that they're going to the right places rather than the landfill.

This is at least the 4th time I have used Seattle Rubbish. I should have given them an A+ review long ago - they have always been prompt, efficient, and courteous. They are fair and upfront in their pricing and the crews have always been amazing and above and beyond helpful. We are definitely lifetime customers.

This is the first time I've used a rubbish removal company. In the past, I've always just taken the things to the dump myself, but it always involved finding a friend with a big enough vehicle and having a great deal of wear and tear in having to throw things over into the Transfer Station. This time, I decided to spend the money to have the rubbish removal professionally removed, and I am SO happy that I did! I did my homework on Angie's List and learned that Seattle Rubbish will recycle items, if they are able. I appreciated that. Every thing went incredibly smoothly. The phone call set up was easy and the person scheduling was professional and courteous. The men that picked up the rubbish called when they were half an hour away, within the time frame given, and then again when they got to our place. They picked everything up quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised by the price. I think it would have cost me quite a lot to dump the items, since they were heavy; I wonder if it might have been about the same cost! Certainly, the frustration of setting up and completing this was well worth it! I am appreciative of the speed and friendliness of the company and definitely join the ranks of those recommending the service. I certainly will use them again when in need!

I called on Wed. They scheduled for Thursday. They called ahead and then came early. Very efficient and effective. All junk gone! Highly recommend.

I found two very large concrete blocks while digging in my back yard. I was very concerned about the weight but Seattle Rubbish was able to remove. I found them to be very professional and efficient. Would definitely use again.

Fantastic - Schedule was available the day after I called, but I scheduled a little further ahead anyway. They gave a two hour window, and called 30 minutes into it, and arrived 5 minutes later. Carried a mattress down three flights of stairs, and otherwise cleanly finished the job in 15 minutes, took swiped credit card and disappeared into the sunset. Both workers were very friendly and professional - overall top notch service. This is my second time using the service, and it's the best value I've seen cleaning out my house.

They had the task of removing an old 8 x 10 metal shed with a collapsed roof plus the mystery contents inside. The online booking was seamless. They called as soon as they received the online request to set up the appt. I emailed a photo so they knew what they were dealing with. They called to let us know when they were about 20 minutes away. Two wonderful employees were able to come early and were very patient while I sorted through everything. Unfortunately it was really raining so made the job more difficult. They had a helpful can-do attitude throughout the entire process. They even called the next day to make sure we were happy with their work. I can't recommend them highly enough! We also got the $25 Angies List discount.

Amazing. I called on a Sunday, and they actually picked up the phone. I was prepared to leave a voice-mail, but what a pleasant surprise to speak to a live person. They scheduled me, based on my work and travel schedule, and were exact on their timing. They made quick work of the job, and were gone in minutes. I would highly recommend them!!!

Marlon and Matt were extremely pleasant to work with. They removed trash and unwanted items from every corner of our yard and garage. We pointed and they made it go away, quickly and efficiently. We forgot to mention we were Angie's list customers until the last moment, but as soon as we did they offered us a discount.

I had scheduled an appointment for Dec 15th with a 2 hour window. The guys gave me a courtesy call when they were 20 min away - well within the appointment window. Evan and Colin were very friendly and professional. They loaded up all of my unwanted items in a very timely fashion. The price was even less than the quote received over the phone. Having used other removal companies in the past, I would definitely use Seattle Rubbish again and would recommend them to anyone.
