Very well, although they showed up half a hour late, and didn't call until the time they were scheduled to arrive. This didn't inconvenience me, but it could have, and I was disappointed because I was told I was their first scheduled pickup of the day (8 am). Other than that, they were friendly, professional, and fast. While they were there, a neighbor texted me that she saw the truck and wondered if I would recommend them, and I was able to send them right over to get rid of a couch and some other stuff for her.

These professionals were efficient, and polite, they removed my boxes Barry fast, and dropped my donation off. I would definitely hire again.. Great job! 👍🏾😊

It went very well. Seattle Rubbish was able to have a crew come to my house within a day of calling them. James and Henry were punctual and worked quickly. They had to haul much of the debris from behind my house to their truck. They did so in a clean and efficient manner. I was impressed with the service provided and would not hesitate to hire them again or refer them to friends.

Perfectly. From my initial phone call to the end of the pick-up, the staff could not have been more courteous and professional. They arrived exactly on time, and gave me just-right expectations about charges. The two guys who came to pick up were friendly and good-natured about getting a few awkward pieces out of garage rafters.

The two men that came were wonderful. (Sorry, I can't remember their names.) They arrived promptly and quickly had everything loaded into their truck. I actually added a few more broken items to the pile and was quite surprised to find that I was charged less than the original estimate. I will definitely hire them again.

Excellent service. Everything was exactly on time and as ordered. In addition, the company has a useful telephone message, so that when I missed a call early in the morning, the callback message told me that everything was fine and I didn't need to leave a message unless something had changed. That's the way to run a business!

We were both very pleased with Seattle Rubbish Removal's flexibility (I didn't end up scheduling them until the day before service, and they were still able to accommodate us), clear communication, promptness (they arrived a half hour EARLY!!), professionalism, and efficiency. Two guys were in the SRR truck, and they did all of the lifting; I'm especially grateful that they didn't make my elderly dad lift anything; I was concerned that he would try to help lift that heavy couch or TV, but SRR took care of loading everything themselves. The load ended up being smaller than I'd estimated, so the total cost of the hauling came in lower than expected (I was thinking the haul would be in the $350 range, but it ended up being $191.66 total). Eli followed instructions to the letter, and called me to collect the payment after the job as I'd requested, instead of asking for payment from my dad. I would most definitely hire Seattle Rubbish Removal again; they helped us with less than 24 hours notice, and went above and beyond to make clearing out all of this old stuff a smooth, quick, and painless experience for Dad.

This company is the highest example of excellent customer service I have seen in a long time! They communicate promptly. They arrived on time on both occasions. They took our corporate check without question. They even self reported a slight overpayment that was made.

I called Seattle Rubbish Removal at around 10:30 AM today to get an estimate on hauling away a sofa and recliner. The price quoted was more than fair and they even told me that they could have someone come later today! I was impressed! I got a call a few minutes before the arrival window to let me know they were on their way. Once here they quickly took apart the sofa and recliner and moved everything out to their truck in a matter of minutes, no joke from the moment they arrived until the truck departed with probably 10 minutes total! I was able to pay with a credit card, I felt bad for the guy who ran my card since he had to enter all the details manually, but he was quick and I had a handwritten invoice in my hand right away. I was impressed with this service for their speed, efficiency and friendliness!

This is the second time I used this service. The first time I had used an Angie's coupon. I was so pleased with the prior service received that I called them when I had a rather difficult job at hand. We had an old sofa that needed to be removed from the second floor of a condo, with a stairway that is so tight that it couldn't go down that way. Eighteen years ago, the sofa had been hoisted up on the second floor balcony and it was a traumatic event to get it installed. The thought of the removal was causing trepidation. I then remembered how wonderful Seattle Rubbish Removal had been, and thought perhaps they would entertain the notion of helping us get the sofa out of the house. I was a bit nervous to ask, but Eli was wonderful. He gave me a very reasonable quote for such a job. I called a couple of days later, when we had everything in place for our new furniture delivery, and he was able to easily schedule our project on the day we were hoping for, with just a couple of days of advance notice. Spencer and Nolan came exactly at the right time. They were very pleasant and unfazed by the project. My husband had actually been able to take the sofa apart so it wasn't as bad as we had anticipated. Fortunately, the frame was much lighter after having the sides taken off, and Spencer and Nolan were able to make short work of the project. They charged less than the original quote because the project was not as difficult as I first presented. I am so happy with the service of this company! I will definitely use them again! Two time winners, for us!

My experience with Seattle Rubbish Removal was top to bottom A+. I called first thing in the morning and Eli answered the phone, gave me the scoop and a time frame for that same afternoon! Ty and Johnny were top notch. They called ahead, got right to work on removing my tile, garbage, wood from garage, appliances etc. They wrote up a quick bid, applied my Angies List discount, which I had forgotten to remind them about, and they were on their way. Really polite, even cleaned up the mess left behind our little outdoor fridge that had been removed. Would definitely recommend their services!
