SEATTLE RUBBISH REMOVAL

Everything was fantastic. They were fast and clean; it was great. Rubbish removal in general is expensive, although their price compared to everyone else's was fair.

They were very good, although the service was expensive. They were very thorough, and overall I was happy with their service. As a non-resident, I was grateful to have been able to use them.

Everything was great. As I was rushing things outside, they informed me that half an hour of labor was included. They were respectful and their prices were competitive. I was very happy with their service.

Everything was great. They were able to make an appointment right away, and their schedule worked out fine with mine. The guys were very nice and polite. They were courteous and quick, and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Their prices seemed fair, although I did not shop around.

We are in the process of completing demolishing and restoring the interior of an older home we bought in August-old nasty kitchen cabinets, lumber w/nails, sheetrock, insulation, flooring, etc. The crew was prompt even with very short notice. The 3rd time we called, they were able to come out within an hour. All the debris had been tossed in BIG messy piles. Eli and his guys loaded it all up and even swept! When the truck got full, they went to dump it and came right back to finish up. Sadly, one of the guys stepped on a nail. I was impressed that the company took him right to emergency room and got him fixed up. Obviously Seattle Rubbish cares not only for it's clients, but for it's employees as well.

We had some wood from a closet remodel piled up in our back yard. We also had an old mattress and box spring along with a few other things. Seattle Rubbish showed up right on time and removed everything very quickly!!1 They even raked the yard a bit to make sure everything was picked up. That was awesome. They even maneuvered their truck into our yard so that the price wouldn't be higher for them walking down the street.

They answered the phone promptly, scheduling was easy, and they were on time. It was very efficient and I did not have to be home when they arrived.

I had a hot tub at a rental property that had been sitting unused and spider infested for years. I had talked to a guy about coming to take it to be recycled, but he never came through. Finally, I called these guys and they said they could just cut it up and haul it away. I was relieved because my main concern was how to take the hot tub out in one piece without having to take down fences, gates, and destroying plantings. Sure enough, they had a saw and they just hacked it up and took it away, spiders and all. It's such a relief to have it gone. I called them for a quote on Monday and they came out the very next morning. They even offered to come out on Monday night. Good stuff.

Very responsive service. They were out the day after I called. Friendly, professional and quick. I would use them again.

I called to make an appt-they were able to fit me in that day. Eli gave me a 1 hour range when he thought they would arrive. He called me at 1pm before that to tell me that the job before mine was bigger than expected & they would be there around 4pm instead of between 2 & 3pm. No problem. They got there at 4:10-took away the stuff I had lying around the garage & then swept up & were gone by 4:45. Awesome!

They were excellent! The guys that came to do the work were great. They came the very next day and even called to let me know beforehand. They were very efficient. I have only good things to say about them.

SRR was prompt, professional, and thorough. (And the removal of the rubbish is like a weight lifted from my shoulders!)

The appointment was next day. The workers were fast, efficient and pleasant. I had everything in my yard; it was gone within the hour. I got an estimate ahead of time; Seattle Rubbish Removal has a preprinted price sheet for the asking. They can't take hazardous waste, though. They can take computers, refrigerators, etc. I put the N/A on price because I haven't compared hauling prices lately.

We contacted Seattle Rubbish and described the work we needed done. They said it sounded like they would need to remove a "half truck" of material (they apparently work in quarters of a truckload: a quarter, half, three quarters, full) and quoted us a price of $400.00. They were able to come within a few days of our initial call. The amount of material they removed was less than a half load, so they charged us a lower amount (for a quarter load). The workers were pleasant and professional, using their own containers to move the debris from our backyard to their truck in the front.

Excellent!; on time, friendly service, gave cost estimate before picking up debris - fair price, quick, asked questions if everything had been picked up properly; very courteous "thank you" given upon departure; I would (will) use them again without question.

Smoothly. Email response within 12 hours, and then a phone call to set a time and inquire about price. Truck called when 15-20 minutes away, and then took about an hour to load a half-truck's load. Price quote was accurate, and help was friendly, although a little rough around the edges...

After pulling up 520 sq ft of wall to wall carpet ourselves, my wife and I realized that we didn't know how we were going to get it to the dump. I looked up rates from a few rubbish haulers, and all were comparable, so I chose this one based on high ratings on Angie's List. I called them at 10 AM, and they were able to squeeze my small job in 3 hours later. 30 minutes before they arrived, they called to confirm. They arrived when they said they would, and in 15 minutes had hauled all 16 bags of carpet to their truck, and were on their way. We paid, shook hands, and went about the rest of our day.

Seattle Rubbish Removal came out at 8am on Saturday morning and removed all of our yard waste, and a 6 ft. kitchen cabinet out of the alley, and dug up and removed a small wood garden bed in under 20 minutes. When they were done we couldn't tell that there had ever been a pile of garbage on the side of the house. They were on time, extremely pleasant, and dare I say stylish? The cost was reasonable and I would call these guys again in a heartbeat for any other hauling needs we may have in the future.

Answered when I called and scheduled a pick up of debris at my convenience. Showed up right on schedule. Three guys hauled everything to the truck, gave them a check and they drove away. Very courteous, professional & nice.

It went well. I didn't expect same day service. We did have one mis-communication, I thought they were going to call when they were about 1/2 hour away, so I was waiting and waiting for the call. Finally I gave up and started the baby's bath, then of course, there was a knock at the door and it was them. They were very patient and friendly though.

I called the night before and left them a message. They called the next morning and also came out that same day.

They said the mess was not the worst they had seen but it was definitely among the top ten. Once we agreed on a price they went right to work on a Saturday morning using two trucks (big trucks) and worked late into the evening, cleaning the whole mess.

They came on time. Did the work at the agreed on price. Swept clean where they had removed the debris from.

A tenant left behind a rather disgusting heap of heavily used cat litter full of maggots and hundreds of large flies. I found Seattle Rubbish Removal easily on Angie's List and, being Saturday, I shrugged and dialed SRR's phone number hoping for the best. My call was answered right away. After describing my grisly problem and where I was located, he said he was down at my neighborhood home improvement center and could be over in less than an hour. When he got here, he went straight to work and quickly removed the foul bin of putrid waste along with shoveling and sweeping up the large overspill. Although the work was brief, I was very pleased with their professionalism and dispatch of my problem.
