SEATTLE RUBBISH REMOVAL

I left a message to schedule an appointment, and I promptly received a call back from Eli. Will and Joe arrived within the scheduled time a few days later. They were professional and got right to work. When finished, they left the debris area very clean. The final bill was less than the estimate I was quoted on the phone.

I called the day before I wanted a pickup at my home for construction garbage and old wood. The truck was at my home at about 9:00 AM after a 8:45 AM courtesy call saying they were on the way. I had a fair amount of stuff to pick up. The same two employees, Joe & Will, who have made previous pick ups at my house, made the pick up. It says to me that Seattle Rubbish is a good company to work for or I'd be seeing different employees each time. They were pleasant and efficient as always. I think it only took about 20 minutes to load up everything I had. I'd recommend their service to everyone.

The quote was right, showed up on time and did a few other things that I didn't think about doing and put it on the truck to. I am very happy with Will and Joe.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. They did their job quickly, politely and cheaply. They were careful moving items around the property and left the area better than expected. This is the only company I will work with in the future for pick-up services.

Excellent service! They arrived exactly when promised and phoned first to say they were on the way. Joe & Will were very professional, friendly, and efficient. They removed all of the old wood and miscellaneous items from the yard much quicker than I would have ever been able to do. Some of the decking wood was extra long and they were able to easily break it down and load it into their truck. They saved me hours of cutting the wood down with a saw to fit it into the back of a regular pick-up truck bed. They even raked the yard and swept the deck area before they left! I was so impressed!

Prompt, friendly, exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

called Kirk and got estimate on phone to fill truck by degrees of fullness, when two guys came they then told me that the first hour was free for two , then $45.per hour per man, was not told that on phone, had them start and phoned Kirk to complain, he said that is what it is, had them finish and then was told they would charge only one hour of $90. and half a truck load...which i thought was more than fair in the end.

The second time in a month that Seattle Rubbish has collected for me. Same as before - phoned, got the date & time for pick up that I wanted. Friendly service from 2 staff people who I've dealt with before. Got a good price & the Angie's List discount. SR is my choice now and in the future for this service.

Great. Workers were cheerful and efficient. They got a massive freezer out of our basement that the person we bought the house from said was too big to be removed. Excellent company.

Second time I have used SRR in a year. Called in the morning and SRR had a truck at my residence that afternoon. Two men cleaned up everything thoroughly within 30-35 minutes. They separated wood from metal items for recycling - glad they recylce as part of the service - one big reason that I chose them again. Got to meet the two owners besides the crew. Everyone was very personable. After I wrote a check they asked where I heard about them. Told them I found them on Angie's List. They re-wrote the billing with their Angie's List discount. Got more remodeling to do so any new debris will go through them.

I called, they gave me an estimate (including telling me up front that there was a $15 disposal fee for a microwave--I really appreciated not being surprised by being told that at the last minute), they arranged on their own for access to the building's loading dock, they came on time (and called when they were on the way), and were prompt, courteous and otherwise exceptional.

It went fast. Eli forgot to give me a quote over the phone. I assumed a price around $100 because it was a five minute job. The guys showed up on time and it took them about ten minutes, but that was because one chatted up a storm about our many mountain bikes. They got the furnace on a dolly, out the door and in the back of the truck with ease. Then they charged me about $230. I paid and emailed Eli the next day that the price was unfair considering recycling is cheap ($30 fee at transfer station one mile away) and it took them all of five minutes to pick it up. Eli told me that they charged me the standard cubic yard fee, which takes into account risk and other factors, but when I reminded him of the realities of my situation (less than cubic yard, low risk, no stairs, no cleanup etc) he offered me the minimum fee.

The person I initially contacted was very friendly and professional and was very nice when I needed to change my scheduled time for his crew to come out. The 3 guys that showed up were also very nice and did a great job in helping dig up my side path and loading up the various dirt/debris piles I had.

I called and left message. I received a call with 4 hours. They did the work the same day. They sent me an invoice, as I was unable to be there. They also took a photo of the truck after it was loaded to verify and justify the charges if requested. I have no doubt the billing was fair and honest.

Very responsive to initial call, called back same day, gave quote over the phone and had a truck over the next morning. Crew was a little late but called with updated time. Took care of loading quickly and professionally. Great experience and I'd definitely use them again.

Wonderfully! They were right on time. They worked fast and efficiently. They were very nice fellows who obviously have hauling down to a science. They picked up every scrap of wood and debris from the pile in my backyard. I couldn't have been happier.

We were very pleased with them. I made a quick call to them and because they were only half an hour away, it happened to be perfect timing, and they were able to get to our home within an hour. We were particularly pleased with the demeanor of the man working with them. He was very helpful, and they were able to get everything hauled away in around an hour. They cleaned up after themselves, and the prices seemed reasonable, although it is difficult to make a comparison as we had not personally hired anyone to haul debris before. The quality of work was superb, and their vehicle, uniforms, and workers were great. It was just a class organization, and when I asked them more about their business model, they were very forthcoming and gave me a good explanation. If I ever need this type of work done again, they are absolutely the first ones I will call.
