The workers are courtious and did a very good job.

Eli called to see if they could come early. I missed the call so when I finally called him, he gave me the choice of the earlier time or my original time. They came within the original window of time. All of my "junk" was moved from my back patio to the front and into the truck very efficiently. They took the time to sweep the area. It looks better that it has in a year. I paid for the minimum load 1/8 truck plus tax. Most other companies I looked up charged a minimum 1/4 truck.

It went very well. They were professional, on time, friendly, and efficient.

It went perfectly. I called them on Sunday. They gave me an approximate idea of what to expect as I described the job to them. I booked them for the following day, Monday morning. They arrived on time exactly and did the job speedily and well. This saved me having to find a truck on my own, finding someone to load the stuff and finding someone to find a place to dump the stuff and pay the dump fees.They double checked everything and even noticed some extra trash (old garden hose and old broken plastic gardent pots that were out on my driveway) as they were leaving and knocked on my door to ask if I would like to have them remove that too. I was happy that they did this as I had forgotten to tell them about it. I highly recommend this company. Excellent service and work. I will use them again.

Will & Joe were on time, fast, professional and answered all questions. All hauled to a commercial dump. I had one computer monitor too many so there was a $15 extra charge. The total (with tax) was $224.48 and considered 1/4 load.

Did a great job...even swept up when everything was moved out

They were able to come out within 3 days of my initial phone call. Three of us (two of them plus me) were able to move the junk pile into the truck within an hour. They were both great to work with.

They were great. They were very friendly, they called before they came, and they had no issues with the work we desired. They cleaned up everything before they left and worked really hard.

They did a very good job. They were right on time, they did everything they said they were going to do, and I was very pleased.

I was very pleased with the service. I called for an estimate a week early and was given a couple of estimates based on the amount of stuff and the charge came in at the lower rate. I was given a time estimate of 9:30 to 11:30 and they promised to call at 9:30 to give a more precise estimate. I got the call as promised but it turned out that their first job was much larger than anticipated which gave me a new eta of 11:30. This was not an issue with me as I was working from home that day. I can understand how these delays happen because most of us are not always good at volume of work estimates for them and we add 'more stuff' to our requirements. Because of the nature of their work, I would always plan to be availabe for the day. The two young men with the truck were very polite and helpful and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.

Eli was professional & friendly over the phone, gave me an estimate & let me know how he figured the estimate. When I explained that the furniture was heavy & had to be hauled up a hill, he was undaunted & assured me the job was doable. Eli said if we found additional pieces to haul, they'd be happy to pick those up & adjust the estimate if necessary. He also gave me a window of time for the hauling and fit me in in just a couple of days! The truck arrived at the beginning of the window of time, after they had called and let me know they were on their way & would arrive in approx. 10 minutes. The guys in the truck came on time, were friendly & professional sizing up the job. They were respectful & tidy & finished in record time! Even though I added in a couple of extra pieces to haul, the price was the same since they did not add significant volume. I will definitely use them again & highly recommend their servces. We also got an Angie's List discount!

Job went well, good communication about pricing and they were accurate in their estimate. Showed up in the time window they said they would, and also gave a courtesy call when they were close. Cleaned up after their job, overall good experience.

Things went very well. I contacted Seattle Rubbish, was given a quote on the phone and we set a date which was on a Saturday. Afterwards I had to call and cancel becasue I had forgotten we weren't going to be home. we changed it to the next day and two wonderfully polite, pleasant young men came and loaded up the truck. They also raked up the debris that was under the branches. We will absolutley use them again if needed!

I called on a Tuesday afternoon, left a voice mail, and got a call back within a couple hours. I was given an initial estimate of a half load based on my description of the debris and got an appointment for Friday afternoon, between 2 and 4. I was concerned that my estimate of volume might be low, but was assured that the truck would arrive empty so more could be loaded, if needed. On Friday, they called at 3:55pm to say they were running late and would be there in about 30 minutes. They arrived about 4:30 with a clean, well-cared-for truck and gave the same estimate as over the phone once they saw the items. I approved the number, and they started loading. I added some small tree trunks after the fact, and they did not add an additional charge. They were done loading everything within 40 minutes and swept the driveway. They took care to keep like items together because they work with a firm that sorts out metals, woods, cardboard, plastic, etc., to recycle as much as possible. Very neat and friendly crew of two guys.

I just bought a house and the previous owner left me with a "Hoarders" amount of junk and debris in the attic and yard. I called Eli at Seattle Rubbish Removal and he was very courteous over the phone - he gave me a solid estimate and was flexible to schedule a truck and crew the same day. A spotless, branded truck arrived and the two man crew was very friendly. They helped me remove the heavy items from the attic and had the entire job on the truck in no time flat. They handed me a rate card upfront and we all easily agreed on how much of the truck was filled at the end of the job. Thanks to the clear rate card - there was no haggling, just an invoice, I paid up and away they went. They really went the extra mile to do all the heavy lifting. They sorted the major stuff to recycle as much as they could, and the company takes full responsibility of getting everything where it needs to go the proper, legal way. Stellar people to work with.

Excellent. I shopped around and called several trash removal companies. 800JUNK was way too expensive. Seattle Rubbish removal was by far the best price and most customer-friendly.

They came, they saw, they conquered the mess. They worked hard and were professional throughout, even when the job grew as we discovered more buried cement chunks, rocks and other detritus.

we sledged aproximately 20,000 pounds of concrete from our yard on 2 seperate occasions and needed it removed. will and joe showed up the next day and loaded it up within an hour (we helped). they were great! way cheaper than the competition, especially 1800JUNK and showed up the next day unlike most where you have to make an appointment weeks away. on time, professional, and hard working.

It ended up costing more than what I thought it would. I was relying on them to really be able to give a good estimate of how much it would actually cost to remove everything and it did cost more. They cleaned up.

Called on Wednesday. Recieved a call back on Thursday. Scheduled for Friday at 9:00 a.m. They didn't show up oon time and I eneded up having to call the office. Eli assured me they were on there way at 9:20. By 9:30 the guys had arrived and the tv was picked up. Nicked the wood molding getting the tv out, but the tv was very heavy so I wasn't too concerned.

The truck arrived on time. Since I had several piles of debris at various places in the house, the crew warned me that it might take over an hour to load and I would need to pay for the extra time. I asked if I could help load and they agreed. We got all the piles loaded in just under an hour with them doing most of the heavy lifting and me doing the easy stuff. They removed 2 rooms worth of carpet with padding and left the area clean and ready for the next step in my project.

Superior service provided. Excellent communication to explain service and set up appointment, phone call 30 minutes prior to arrival at service site, vehicle was in very good repair and appearance with no fluid leaks left on driveway, crew was experienced and professional in every way including proper loading techniques for safety and vehicle weight and balance concerns. Prior to departing, crew swept the service site to a clean presentation.

Made the appointment window for the date and time I needed, they called early on with an update. Came, took my stuff, were pleasant and professional. Can't ask fro more.

They answered the phone directly, were available to haul away our rubbish first thing the following morning, gave a courtesy call 15 minutes before arriving, and swept the area after loading the debris into their truck. They made the service simple and worry-free for us and we will use them again.
