SEATTLE RUBBISH REMOVAL

I contacted Seattle Rubbish Removal to haul away ten years worth of rubbish from a rental property after a tenant left. The estimator was very professional and arrived on time. The owner, Eli, gave me a call directly to give me the estimate a day later. I was told the job would be finished in one day and the trucks would keep coming until my job was finished. The crew that came out was on time, professional, courteous, and hardworking. However, I was a little perturbed when I was told they would have to return another day to finish the job, because they had another job which is not what I was originally promised. I felt they could have easily finished the job that afternoon as they had the personnel and trucks to do it. I live out of state and had to leave that day, so I would not be around to monitor the rest of the hauling. They returned two days later, three hours before the agreed appointment. I had a relative monitor the final haul. I was not happy when I heard the crew arrived with a partially filled truck with junk from a previous job. I was previously told two days before by the estimator that my final load would probably be between a half to a full load. I ended up getting charged a full load plus an additional 1/6 load plus the labor. I was not happy and complained to the owner Eli. After listening and responding to my point of view, Eli adjusted the final bill reflecting the original estimate and charged a full load which I felt was fair. Overall, I thought they did a great clean up job as they sent me photos of the finished project.

After de-cluttering and deep cleaning the basement, I had a ton of "stuff" that needed to find a new home, be recycled, or retire in the local dump. After reading comments/feedback left by other AL members for trash removal companies, I decided on Seattle Rubbish Removal (SRR). Phoned SRR first thing Monday morning and was given a pick-up appointment for the following day. Ty and John arrived on time, made short work of the "ton of stuff" and assured me that the majority of the items would find new homes via the local Goodwill.

I paid more since I had extra things to haul out but the price was fine. They were pleasant people.

Seattle Rubbish Removal responded within the day to my initial inquiry, and was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. A crew of two arrived right on time and loaded up the debris within about 20 minutes, including sweeping up. This was much better than trying to make multiple runs to the dump on my own. Their general pricing seemed fair and in keeping with those of other hauling companies, but they don't determine the final price of your job until they arrive to haul it away. That made me a bit nervous, but their estimate of the volume of debris was exactly what I had come up with myself, so I felt very good about the price of the job, and appreciated their professionalism.

My husband said they came early and were very professional. Worked hard and quick. My husband is a retired military sarge who is stingy with his praise but he was very impressed with John and Roger! And YES...we will call them again if we need hauling!! Thanks Angie for having them on the list.

Super. They were early, professional, polite. They listened to me tell them about the trampoline particulars, then they took it apart quickly (a job that would not have been easy for me), and got it in their truck and hauled it away. The whole thing took them less than 15 minutes. I was very happy about how the whole thing, and would definitely call them again in the future.

We contacted Seattle Rubbish Removal for an estimate - they were very courteous and professional as we described our project. The estimate was for a full load plus we called back a second time to add the freezer removal from the basement. The details of the price were very clear - price per load; appliance disposal fees; hourly charge for labor (only if needed). We agreed to a specific date and a were given a two-hour window in which the truck would arrive. We were contacted about 15 minutes before the appointed time by the drivers (Steve and Ty) and we told they would arrive shortly. Once they arrived, the loading of the garage junk went very quickly and the material was sorted by type (to aid in disposal or recycling). They cleaned up the driveway and no trace of the huge pile was left. Getting the freezer up from the basement was going to be a challenge - or so we thought. It was very old and heavy, the doors were barely wide enough to fit and the stairs had little head room. But they planned the removal and, using a hand-truck, muscled it up the stairs and out to the truck rather easily. After everything was loaded, we were only charged for a half-load as we didn't have as much stuff as we first thought (a nice surprise and saved a few dollars). The whole job took less than an hour and they were on their way. We were very pleased with this service and would definitely recommend them - not only for the timeliness and quality of their work but they try and recycle material where possible.

Ty and Roger called when they were 30 minutes away and called again when they were outside. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. They confirmed the estimate, loaded the truck and swept up after themselves. Thank you. I hope their boss springs for lunch!

Ty and Will showed up promptly at the scheduled time. They were friendly and professional. The job went smoothly with good communication. They both did a great job and left the area clean and tidy. I would definitely use this company again.

They did a very good job. My only issue was understanding how to assess the "amount" of junk it takes to fill an alloted truck size. So, is it half a load, a full load and so on. I had no idea; therefore, I really couldn't figure out how much more than the price listed in the ad it would be. I t was substantially more. I don't think they intend to mislead, but the total bill was a surprise, maybe shock is a better word. Yes, I would use them again, but I am now better informed.

Wonderful experience! Responsive to my call, arrived within scheduled time. When I mentioned I might not be home if they arrived toward the end of the window, they said they can take direction over the phone and they do that a lot. When the two men came, they were very polite and professional. I showed them what I needed hauled away, they quoted a price and when I asked about an Angie's List discount, they said yes there is one and it would apply. They moved scrap wood from my backyard into their truck which required many back and forth trips. They asked me if I wanted a few items to be hauled away, when I hadn't mentioned specifically. Were prompt and very fairly priced. Would definitely recommend and use again.

They were very professional - showed up within the hour they said they would be there (and called to let us know they were on the way); quickly assessed the work and got it done quickly and very carefully - didn't bump or scratch walls or doorways or stairs as they brought things up from the basement to their truck. The two man team were both very pleasant. Very good service for the price.

I spent $465 on that service. I was happy with the service. They came out and took care of it and left.

Super fast service!!! Easy to reach, gave an accurate quote by phone, booked a weekend appointment that same week with no hesitation on their end. Excellent communication and attention to detail (we're hard to find and have a tough driveway access to deal with). Eli and his crewmate were friendly and totally professional. Extremely fast in loading, and very willing workers with strong backs. They did it with only 1 1/2 loads and came in under budget. They really know how to pack those trucks. My husband was TOTALLY impressed with them!!!! Will definitely use them again and refer them to others.

We got a call back right away and they were able to come out within a day or so which was great. They gave an estimate over the phone of $99 for a small load and a considerable higher price for a larger load. When they came out and actually saw the amount of yardwaste, they quoted us a price that was just slightly higher than the lowest price. I think we paid about $150. They were punctual, friendly, quick and they cleaned up after they removed the trash. We'll use them again.

Excellent service. The first time I called them, someone answered right away, and we setup a day and time for them to come out, and after asking me how much and what soft of junk I had, gave me a rough estimate. On the pickup day, they called to ask if it would be ok for them to come earlier than scheduled, which was absolutely fine by me. The two chaps were friendly and professional, and loaded up all my junk in no time. The total cost matched the expectations they had set with their rough estimate - there were no unexpected charges or fees. I would definitely recommend this company, and would use them again.

PERFECTLY! From scheduling the pick-up to the courtesy call before they arrived to the joy and satisfaction of having a truckload of debris and clutter disappear, the entire experience was tremendously satisfying.

The guys from Seattle Rubbish Removal did an amazing job! I had a flood in our basement and had to get rid of so much stuff including heavy furniture. They came promptly and worked so quickly I couldn't believe it. They were done in one and a half hours which was absolutely amazing as there was so much junk. They were very personable and focused. The price was extremely reasonable. Great service

I called them and scheduled a pickup two weeks in the future (my scheduling problem, not theirs). The dispatcher said my job sounded like a minimum load and it turns out he was correct. They picked up the stuff right on time. They were very professional, courteous and friendly throughout.

Great- they were quick to respond and scheduled the appointment for later in the week. They were quick and we are glad to have some space back in our garage. We had a separate pile of items that could be donated or recycled and they kept them separate when loading.

I made an appointment with Seattle Rubbish Removal to haul away a dead treadmill for the day after I made the call. We set a time but they were running early so they called and asked if coming earlier would be OK. It was, definitely. They removed the treadmill and then even offered to rake the gravel back into place where their dolly had left minor tracks. The whole process was easy, and I thought the price was very reasonable considering the weight of the machine and they distance they had to haul it to their truck. I'm so glad that hulk is gone! I plan on doing major cleaning in the near future and I will probably give these guys another call

It went very well. They showed up on time, went right to work and finished the job within their estimated time.

The company was very professional and everything went very well and the whole process was very easy. I called on a Thursday and scheduled them to show up on Wed (I was busy Monday and Tuesday). They gave me an estimate over the phone based on my description of the volume and told me how the price would adjust based on additional volume. I realized after collecting everything to be thrown out that I had underestimated the amount and when they showed up, exactly on time, they gave me a final price that was exactly what I expected based on the previous info they gave me. They worked fast and in about an hour had cleared away everything.
