SEATTLE RUBBISH REMOVAL

This company (Ty and Maelon in particular) is fantastic. It's hard to find their combination of courtesy, professionalism, good nature, and competence these days. I have tried to use other 1-800-junk type companies in the past and have met with sketchy characters. Though claims are made that they recycle and donate items "as often as possible" point blank questioning results in the mumbled confession that they really just take it all to the dump. On the phone, Ty immediately made me feel better by talking about the electronics recycling companies they use. At the time of service they really knew what would be useful and appropriate for goodwill vs junk. He and Maelon moved an old couch out of my basement better than professional movers. They were courteous and worked to get the best value for me. I wish I could clone them and sprinkle them throughout all service businesses!

Also excellent personal relations, which helped keep the person whose stuff we were removing happy.

The two-man crew was courteous, fast, thorough, and the price was acceptable. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

They arrived on time. They were very accommodating about parking across the street, because parking is tight on my block. They were FAST and polite, professional. The price was fair, and I would absolutely use this company's service again.

I called the company on a Wednesday, got an estimate, and was able to schedule the pickup for the next morning.The truck and two very pleasant and intelligent workers wearing company uniforms arrived a little before the scheduled time (they called first to see if that was Ok). That worked out very well for me. It was nice not to have to wait until the end of the delivery window. They quickly and efficiently removed the materials, including a number of items I had added since getting their phone estimate of 1/6 of a truckload. They didn't charge another dime for the additional items. The truck was nicely painted and appeared to be in excellent repair. It had a proper covering over the open hauling bed, to assure that loose debris would not fly out. So many rubbish trucks are nasty looking--on wouldn't want them anywhere near their house. Seattle Rubbish Removal made the task of getting rid of my rubbish a painless experience.

They make it easy. 2 very respectful men showed up and had everything loaded within minutes. Hard workers for sure.

Setting up the appointment was super easy. I called them and immediately got a person to answer. I say this because I called a few others and some called back and others didn't. That said, I was able to setup an appointment for a time that I wanted a couple days out. On the day of service, they called about 90 minutes into my scheduled 2 hour window and said they would be there in 30 minutes. Well they were coming from across town and through traffic and actually arrived about an hour later. I had to call them to see where they were and they answered. I get that traffic could change when they get here but if they arrived in the two hour window that was scheduled then it wouldn't be a big deal. Just couldn't estimate travel time properly. Either way, once they arrived, they were very professional and apologetic. Got my stuff pretty quick and hauled it off. If it wasn't for the time block that they missed completely, I would have rated A's across the board but I missed a few appointments because of their untimeliness.

They called and made sure I would be available just before the appointed time and showed up eager to work. They needed to collect the various trash from all around the inside and outside of the house, including moldy food in the fridge, random books on shelves, and random pieces of junk from around the yard (bricks, trash, etc). They were fast and efficient and helped me out a lot by cleaning up.

My experience overall went very well. They were able to accomplish a lot. The pricing was reasonable.

Seattle Rubbish Removal was great to work with. They were friendly, professional, responsive and affordable. I called on a Tuesday and had a pick-up scheduled for Friday morning. They give you a two hour window during which they'll show up and will call prior to their arrival. Also got a $25 discount for being an Angies List member. Be aware that there was an extra fee for hauling away our heavy items (bricks), but this is standard. I would definitely use them again!

Super efficient and friendly. I underestimated the size of the load, but they were great in making it work . They showed up on time, called when they were 20 minutes away to verify I was home. They hauled away what was needed and took care to see that the compost I was left with was the richest.

Easy to make an appointment. The team came out bright and early in my window, and gave me a courtesy call. The two guys were extremely nice, and pleasant to work with. Just like another review, I wish I had seen that tip box on the invoice bofore. Definitely want to tip them for their great service. Would definitely use again.

Perfect Quick loading of items On time Professional and very nice staff. Items loaded were sofa's, TV's and yard debris and some items for recycle. I have used Seattle Rubbish before and will again, as I need to haul items. It was great to have others lift out heavy items. Excellent No do betters!

My sister and I had arranged the logistics for my brother's move to a new apartment. Knowing that there would be a few items needing to be hauled away following the move, I contacted Seattle Rubbish Removal and scheduled a pick up appointment. Will and Dave arrived as planned and quickly loaded up the items to be taken away. They were prompt, courteous and helpful. In addition, the charge was exactly as quoted. As a result of their fine service, I've left contact information for this business with the office staff at my brother's complex.

Dave handled my phone request very efficiently, and answered all my questions. He and Will arrived on time and went right to work. They removed all requested items, including an old tube-type TV and a large oak entertainment center. The items were heavy and had to be carried around corners and up stairs, but Will and Dave worked quickly and were careful not to bump into walls. I am pleased that they donate useable items to Goodwill. I will call them for additional work in the future, and recommend them to anyone for efficient, reasonably priced hauling services.

These guys were great. I called and they scheduled my job for the next day. Two guys arrived on time and sized up the job. Since the yardwaste was in corner of the yard it was hard to tell just how much was there. No problem, Jonathan gave me a high and low estimtate. It took them more than an hour to hual the waste from the backyard up the slope to their truck in tarps and barrels. They raked up the small pieces too! The price ended up in the middle of the quote. I would hire them again.

I could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the team from SRR was excellent. Scheduling was a breeze. They were able to confirm an appointment with only 24 hours notice (though I could have been flexible and waited a day or two if need be). They answered all of my initial questions over the phone and explained the pricing. They said the driver would call 15-20 minutes before he was on his way and he did. Arrived exactly at the estimated time (they give you a 2 hour window, give or take). Before they started the job, they went over the pricing with me again [handed me a printed flyer] so I understood all costs and wouldn't be surprised by any extra costs (like additional labor costs/hour. The first hour is free for 2 men, but then there is a labor cost in addition to the hauling cost). Not a problem. They surveyed what I wanted removed. When they saw how much stuff there was, they said they felt it would fill an entire truck and probably half of another. That's whey they decided to call in reinforcements. Another team from a job was finishing up early and could help. I have a small baby and could not stay on the premises while they worked. But I trusted them implicitly and asked if I could return when they were finishing up to pay them. I asked if they would call me 10 minutes before they were done. Even with the extra set of manpower, I expected the job to take 4 hours. They were done in 2!!! They called as promised. We did a walk through to make sure they got everything. The place looked incredible! This was no small job and they didn't miss a thing. I was extremely impressed. We settled up the bill on site. There were additional fees for taking two small mini-fridges and for what they call "dense" material (like old bags of cement and tile). Totally fair and reasonable. In the end, $1,100 felt like a lot but I don't think I could have gotten away doing it any cheaper. I was happy to have this project over with! The team was super professional, worked hard and efficiently, and delivered the services they advertised. Seattle Rubbish Removal is definitely worth it.

booked one day in advance, helped us out with emergency issue.didn't mind that it was a very specific task, and much smaller a task then they usually deal with.showed up on time, called in advance to let us know they were on schedule, super friendly, very efficient and didn't scratch the painted cement floors. friendly and patient on phone when scrambling to make sure all parties were available to do the job. accomodated a very strict time window. I called them and their quote was the best but I have not used them yet. On the phone they were very friendly and gave me good information because I had no idea how dumpster rental works.

Eli and company are friendly, punctual work quickly and leave a clean work site when finished. Getting ready to use them a third time.

Will and Dave did a great job. They called to say that a previous appointment cancelled and they wanted to know if they could come early. They got here early, were professional and courteous. They hauled all my stuff away very quickly even though today was wet and the price was excellent . I'm definitely going to use Seattle Rubbish again for my next job.
