+ -1 moreAfter a year of having a furnace, the owner said he was not gonna be able to honor the warranty because he couldn't afford to fix it. He finally came over, but not in a timely manner. I had already called someone over to look at it and did a temporary fix on the furnace. When he was over he told me the people didn't know anything and he left. During the second year, the tube kept getting clogged. I called the gas company and they would temporarily fix it every time. After a while they couldn't even fix it and I called another heater company who came and fixed it.
Description of Work: They installed a brand new linux natural gas furnace and gas fireplace

+ -1 moreHe arrived on time and came in wearing booties over his boots, so he didn't track anything into the house. He adjusted the gas pressure on both units for the most efficient flame. Then checked the whole house for traces of carbon monoxide.
Description of Work: They did a fall check-up on the twp furnaces in our 2500 square foot home.

+ -1 moreTHE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD AND VERY AFFORDABLE. THE MAN HELPED ME CLEAN MY FILTERS AND SHOWED ME HOW TO CLEAN THEM MYSELF. HE ALSO MENTION HE WOULD LOOK FOR ANOTHER FILTER FOR ME BECAUSE MINE WAS BROKEN AND THAT PARTICULAR TYPE IS NOT MADE ANYMORE.
Description of Work: THE OWNER OF EWE CAME AND CHECKED AND CLEANED MY GAS FURNACE. HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT HOW TO MAINTAIN MY FILTER SYSTEM MYSLEF WITH A HOSE.
