After no communication by 9:20 on the agreed upon date (6/5), I texted him to make certain we were still on. He replied that he had me down for 10. He showed up late. After a week-and-a-half of no communication (6/14), I texted him again. He responded, apologized, and said he would email the estimate "later today". I never received an email. The next week (6/19), I texted him to let him know I had never received an email and texted him my email address to make certain he had it (although he had taken it from me the day he came over). I never got a response, so texted on 6/22 to let him know I wouldn't be using them. The whole time from start (6/5/17), to finish (6/22/17), ended up being almost 3 unproductive weeks. Although their web site talks about how they are "organic people, building organic relationships", the utter lack of response, reliability, or professionalism make them much too "free range" for me....if these guys were a bowl of cereal, they would be all flake. I wouldn't waste my time on this company.
