Overall, moving experience was good. The movers were prompt and worked fast. A three-person crew had been requested, but only two showed up.

They sent two trucks with two movers each-- one to our apartment, and one to the storage unit. That way, they could load up at both locations simultaneously to save time. They were efficient, friendly, and very careful. We didn't find a single damaged or broken item, or any scuffs or chips to floors or walls when they finished. They even placed heavy items exactly where we asked and helped set up the bed and other furniture.

They were very careful with everything. Absolutely nothing that I had was broken or damaged. They were very quick, efficient, and polite. They were very thorough and great.

I called Kenyada Winston, the dispatcher for Mountain Movers with a very urgent request for this move. He quickly assigned 3 men for the next day and followed through with an email and a phone call. He was great. The men called before arriving and then professionally, efficiently and cheerfully moved all the stuff onto their truck. We went to the storage unit first, then the donation center. Anything the donation center didn't take, the men took to the dump. The men were wonderful. I highly recommend this company.

They were superb! They came in under estimated price, worked like a well-oil machine, and were just fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone!

It was great. They arrived with one additional mover, but the three of them were fast enough that we didn't have to pay anything above their initial estimate. They were very efficient throughout the whole process, to the point where we wanted to tell them they didn't actually need to go up the stairs so quickly on each trip. In addition to being quick, they were very friendly and cheerful during the move.

The whole move was fantastic, from beginning to end. I cannot say enough nice things about this group of people. The four guys were positive, energetic, friendly yet focused on their work. They brought any potential issues to our attention the moment they became aware of them, but saw them as challenges rather than problems. There was no complaining from any of them then entire time. I have never seen guys work together as a team so well; they even managed to have fun while doing it! This project was a lot of work. Getting sofas and beds and other furniture up and down the three flights of stairs was not easy. They worked hard and quickly. Not one item was damaged or broken in the process. We had one small damage to the wall in a stairwell, which they immediately offered to have someone come repair. We felt it was too small to even hassle with. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Mountain Movers. I will certainly use them the next time I have to move!

Everything went according to plan. Mark and Neal arrived as promised, introduced themselves planned the sequence for moving the furniture then quickly and efficiently got to work.

Mark and Neal were an hour and a half late with no call to tell us of their new ETA. They padded the bill with long travel time, but we tipped them $50 anyway because they were very professional and careful with our furniture.

We had an awkward move, from a 3rd floor condo with a Long hallway and small, slow elevator, to a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator at all. The Mountain Movers crew was pleasant and professional, and overcame all of the challenges of the move with good humor. The youngest member of the crew of three guys was about 15 minutes late, and without my asking, the crew boss deducted that amount from our total. I was very impressed, and would definitely use these guys again.

I have never had a better experience moving, ever! They were very professional, on time, they quoted me accurately up front, no stair fees, no raining fees, nothing like that. They were a pleasure to work with.

They were great and very professional. I got a confirmation email, a call the day before, and they were on time. They were also nice guys; people you would let in your home.

I was very happy; satisfied with the overall experience. I had selected them from Angie's List because of their good ratings. Luckily, they were very cautious and nothing was broke or damaged. They met time lines for pick up and delivery.

They were excellent. They were just absolutely wonderful. I got a coupon because he was on Angie's List. I was very pleased.

It went really well. They arrived early, before 8 a.m. The two movers were both polite, friendly and clean-cut. They assessed the situation and immediately got to work. They worked solidly until the job was complete. When they had a couple of concerns about certain fragile (more accurately, just not very well constructed) furniture pieces, they let us know before moving them so that we could choose whether to have them move them or do it ourselves. They went a little over the estimated time, but I think that was because of how I described our items to dispatch when I received the estimate (I probably under-described). Dispatch was very responsive and positive when I booked the service and also accommodated a near-last-minute date change graciously. I would totally recommend this company to anyone seeking professional and reliable service. I would use them again for my next move.

Besides finding Mountain Movers on Angie's List. However, on the morning of the move they showed up an hour late. Even though they called ahead, by the time they called they were already late. Since we were paying by the hour it also seemed like they were taking their time. They did do a good job on my moving and nothing was broke so therefore I would use them again.

They did a professional job for me. They were personable and kind and the men were very careful with my belongings. They were a little late, but their kindness more than made up for it. It definitely was a worry free move thanks to them!

They did a pretty good job, they were very fast and efficient and took very good care of all my furniture. I feel the job they did was just great, and I would highly recommend them to other people looking to move or store things.

Mountain was very responsive for one. They did such a great job with both the locations they had moved. Nothing was broken at all and they did a very good job. They showed up exactly when they said they would and the estimate was very clear. I am sorry I do not recall a charge at this time. They were reasonable and I would hire them again.

Not only did Daniel and Neil perform my move in a cheerful and professional fashion, they flew up and down those stairs! They worked harder than any other movers that I have experienced in the past. They made what could have been a nightmarish move into a dream beyond belief! I would highly recommend Mountain Movers and in particular, Daniel and Neil. Job well done!

The process was pretty smooth. We spent the weekend moving loose items and breakables before having the crew come for the heavy lifting. We ended up with 2 truck loads which added some extra time but having them move was much better than us. The crew was hard working and professional and I would use them again. The furniture was unwrapped (unlike cross country moves) and one item was minorly damaged with a bent adjustment leg on a custom wood entertainment center. It will take a little of my time to find a replacement. My only comment on how they could do a better job, was that they should anticipate the move in process and bring in items like carpets before they bring in the heavy furniture. Time and extra lifting is spent rearranging items to get the carpets down and underneath the furniture.

Working with Mountain Movers was such a wonderful experience. I will never move myself again!! From dropping off the boxes to helping me position furniture and place boxes in our new house, they were so great! Extremely professional from the first phone call, dropping of the boxes, and then moving the boxes out and unpacking. The employees were respectful and thoughtful and were very mindful of their work. Two people who I have referred and have used Mountain Movers (the person who purchased my old house and a friend) and they enjoyed the same great professional experience that I did. After I called them, they were able to fit me in their schedule one week later. They picked up the items on time and delivered them on time too. The people were very nice to me. They even put each piece where I instructed them. There were two people unloading the truck. I thought the price was very fair and worth keeping my furniture.

Excellent move, they kept us informed of everything they were doing, called if they we going to be delayed, pointed out a ding in the wall at our house that was done during the move. Move went very smooth.

My initial phone inquiries were responded to promptly and a change of date accommodated without question. Brady, John, and Daniel arrived at our house a little before the scheduled time, and had our furniture and boxes loaded on the truck in a little over two hours in spite of having to move large items around tight corners, up and down stairs, and take apart a large office desk. The unloading was done efficiently and quickly again...in spite of another flight of stairs into our condo. I can't praise them enough for taking excellent care of our furniture, making sure nothing was scratched or dented. They even offered to change the placement of items in the condo if I wasn't sure where they should go. They were punctual and professional. The truck was immaculately clean before and after the move.
