I can't repeat this enough, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use this company!!!!!!!!!!! Honestly I don't even know where to begin.... 2/24- called about my dishwasher getting repaired and they said on 2/26 someone would be able to take a look (ok cool) 2/26- technician David comes out and diagnoses with needing a new pump. Oh and a side note: the tech manages to drain the water from the dishwasher all over my floor so I got the pleasure of giving him 6 clean towels since I cleaned them the day before. Nothing like walking up the stairs with soaking wet towels to do a load of laundry. Checks his truck for the part and the warehouse only to find out they have to order the part (cool still no problem). Keep in mind they said they would have the part as early as the next day. 2/27- problems start rolling...they call me to let me know the part is delayed and will get there by noon on Friday (ok still no problem, stuff happens). They inform me we can schedule it to be put in on Saturday anywhere between 10-2. This is my fault because I forgot I had to attend a child's birthday party so I called to cancel and asked if Monday morning would be ok and they said yes no problem. 3//3-So Monday rolls around and I get a call saying they still don't have the part (hmmm so I'm thinking it was a good thing I cancelled on Saturday). Alright so when is this part coming in??? They assure me it will be in Wednesday. I'm trying hard to give them the benefit of the doubt but ok. I've already given them money for the diagnosis and that amount is going toward the pump and labor so if I call someone else I will and least in my head thought I would lose time and money.... 3/6- Now it's Thursday and they have the pump and they are going to fix this problem (or so I thought). Replaces the pump and ends up telling me they have to also replace this switch now. Alright I'm dealing with it but hey everyone makes mistakes and he didn't catch it. What's another day, right?!? 3/7- David gets the switch and comes back on Friday and I'm thinking no big deal. He came back real fast and hopefully problem solved. He leaves and tells me it's good to go (or so we all thought)! That night I started loading it up to finally use my dishwasher... 3/10- well we were pretty busy that weekend and not at the house much so I never ran the dishwasher because it wasn't full. It's Monday and it's full so time to put this thing to use. Hmmm, there is no water anywhere. Turns on but no water so it just shuts off. Of course I call my "dear friends" at appliance repair and they said ok we'll send David out tomorrow and see what happened. In the meantime we notice our garbage disposal leaking like it has a crack. Hmmm, that's strange because it was 100% fine. 3/11-I get a call saying the tech got into a car wreck and won't be able to come by. They'll call me tomorrow with his status to reschedule...ok.... 3/12- ok he's going to make it out between 4-8. He's shows up and tells my husband (I'm at work) that the switch slipped and it happens but all is good. My husband mentions the leak and he shines a flashlight on it and told my husband everything is good to go.... That night I text my husband to make sure everything was good and this mysterious leak was fixed only to find out after he put our baby to bed and went to do dishes that the leak wasn't fixed. He turned on the dishwasher which then had another leak that was pooling outside of the dishwasher on our hardwood floors. ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW?!?!?!?!? 3/13- ring ring again to talk to my dear friends. I explained the leaks and so they agreed to send someone new out since David didn't understand how to fix the problem. 3/14- Another Friday night waiting on the lovely repair people...here comes Terry. Seems like a nice guy. Took a look and was floored at what an awful job David did. He informed me this is his 3rd repair he has had to repair from David's work. He said the disposal had a crack and didn't even understand how and why that would have happened but that it was a fresh crack and clearly it was caused by David. He then tells me the pump may have issues and probably will need a whole new one because he messed that up as well as some new tubing. WOW- I'm now in a worst situation than I started with. I have a bowl under my sink catching dirty disposal water and water pooling outside of the dishwasher when all I do is hand wash dishes. Ok so the part thing again... They claimed to have ordered them on the spot and should be there Monday/Tuesday and install on Wednesday.... 3/17- I called them myself to find out if they have these parts and what the status is. Looking good to install on Wednesday. Call me tomorrow to schedule a time... 3/18- still no call....I call them and they say we will call you tomorrow and schedule a time but most likely going to be the 4-8 time slot.... 3/19- hmmm still no call...not looking good. To no surprise I call them just to be told tomorrow tomorrow. 3/20-yep it's 3:00 and still nothing. I call them (shocker) and I blow up. I'm done being nice and understanding. I'm soooo beyond mad at this point I lose it rightfully! He assures me tomorrow and puts in the time 10-2. I tell him it better be on the 10 side!!! 3/21- well today is the day or so they say....it's 11 am and still nothing. I wanted to go to the gym and my husband was at home with my toddler. They wanted to run to the park so my husband calls before I leave to make sure they give a courtesy call and they can run back to the house so we don't miss the tech. Well, well, well my husband gets off the phone to find out the new tech seems to be MIA. Who are these people?!?!?!? He apparently has all the parts with him. Are you kidding me?!?!! I wish!!! I demand my money back, and my disposal to be fixed since they are the ones that messed it up. The best part. Isaac the one who has been speaking to me about the situation and owner acts like they are being so nice to replace the mess up they made-UNBELIEVABLE!!! I'm so irate he puts me on hold to ignore me. Could anyone blame me?!? He says there are no other techs except the incompetent idiot who failed to fix my dishwasher and destroy my garbage disposal and that he's the only option to at least fix the disposal. I didn't want him 10 ft from my house. I told them they need to call another company and pay them to do this job. At this point I just want their mess up fix and to call someone else about the dishwasher. I for whatever reason agreed to let that moron tech back into my house and supposedly fix the damage he caused to begin with. So he came over to only fix that and return my check. I'm praying there are no issues with the garbage disposal so now I have to start from square 1 and find another repair person to fix the original problem which who even know if it's was diagnosed correctly or he didn't damage other existing parts. I have a bad feeling this isn't the last of my phone calls to them. Needless to say DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"!!!!!!!!!!!
