Thank you JCM Painting! Our building looks beautiful. I appreciate your hard work, dedication and attention to detail. Easy to work with, if something is not right, they will go back and fix it. They go above and beyond. They have done that over and over again. They are the lowest in price, the best in quality. They are wonderful. I have worked in this business hiring people to do work on this property. Out of all the people I have brought in over time, they are the best. But whatever we ask them to do, they do, and they do a wonderful job, and that goes across the board. They are very thorough. I would definately hire them again

I was promised I would recieve a bid via email within the same afternoon. It has now been over 24 hours and I have yet to hear back from them.

1. They made them look fantastic. It was very inexpensive, great work. Good people to work with. 2. It is the best it's looked for years. Other people have come in and done it and it has never looked this good. If something is not right, they will go back and fix it. If I tell them what I want, they will bid on it and they will make it right without upping the charge. They go above and beyond. They have done that over and over again. I have been personally recommending these people for years. They are the lowest in price, they have consistently been the best in quality. They are wonderful. I have worked in this business hiring people to do work on this property. Out of all the people I have brought in over time, they are the best. I have had some really high cost, high end painters, and they don't do half the job these guys do. They are a bilingual couple. She is very fluent in English, and he is somewhat bilingual in English. Some of their workers do not speak English. But whatever we ask them to do, they do, and they do a wonderful job, and that goes across the board. They are very thorough. I want them back every single time, and I have had them back since 2008. I can't sing their praises enough.

They provided me with a bid, but I didn't explain my job properly. Cynthia came back out a second time to relook at the job. Cynthia was superb. She was pleasant, courteous, and prompt. She made me feel really good.

I have been using Mauricio and his crew over the years from school interior painting to exterior home painting, to interior home painting. They always do an excellent job, are easy to work with.

The siding was about $3,000.00 and the entire house painting was another $3,000.00. Part of the cost of the siding also included replacing a window and repairing significant dry rot that had occurred around the bad window. When the team came to remove the old siding, they discovered the dry rot and had me come look at it immediately to determine how we should move forward. As it was a structural issue, I had them make the necessary repairs and this caused one day of additional work. Javier and his team were great to work with. My house is fairly small, so it was only a few days worth of work to paint it. The main delays were due to weather as we didn't get things scheduled until late summer and the rain started early this year. My only concern was that I would have liked things done faster, but no one can control the weather.

We had a great experience with JCMQ. We found them through another highly rated contractor on Angie's List, Seattle Painting & Decorating, who was not operating at this time. Javier was a lead foreman for Seattle Painting, and has now formed his own business. The ratings for Seattle Painting, for which Javier had done much of the work, were uniformly excellent. We were JCMQ's first customer. This made us a little nervous initially, but Javier and his crew have extensive experience and again, good Angie's List reviews. We called a few references, who confirmed his professionalism and quality. So, we went with JCM. We were extremely happy with the paint job and service he provided. Communication with Javier or his office was excellent - we were well informed when his crew would show up, and they did show up when we expected them to. They were top notch in all respects - very high quality finished paint job, attention to detail, clean up, etc. JCM did mention that they underestimated the amount of paint absorption by our house, but they did not change their bid or ask us to amend the contract. They honored their original bid, and I never felt like I was going to be "nickel and dimed" for extra charges or that they were going to "cut corners.'' Another plus with this company was that they provided Color Consultation through a separate company. The consultant provided us with good advise - we went with colors recommended by them. I highly recommend this company. They may have only a few ratings - maybe just mine right now - but my guess is that they will change soon as their reputation becomes known.
