Description of Work: We have weekly cleaning done. We are happy with our regular cleaners. When ever we have something particular we want done they are happy to oblige. Also if we have an issue the office staff is available and accommodating. |

+ 0 moreHorrible. First of all they said they would arrive between 11am and 3pm insisting they would likely be there closer to 11. They arrived at 3:30, after I waited around all day for them. They were scheduled to do ab2 hour clean. One girl showed up, then another ten minutes later. They left in less than 1 hour, and did not vacuum any of our carpet! I mean the whole point of having them come out and clean was to have them clean our floors...that was my specific request. Will not be using this cleaner again.

+ -1 moreSeattle MaidPro is reliable and always easy to contact by phone or email. They provide a great service and I'm always happy how clean our bathrooms and kictchen are afterwards.
Description of Work: Seattle MaidPro sends two cleaners to come to our house every 2 weeks and alternated between 4 hours cleaning the full house (except for basement) and 2 hours cleaning just the kitchen/bathrooms.

+ -1 moreI really love this service. The central office is always available for questions or concerns, and they are receptive to feedback. The two women who come to my house are wonderful. I am picky about how the house is cleaned and they do a great job. I do believe that with this service, the quality is based on the specific employees that come to your home. We have had a few cleans that were done by other employees that weren't quite as good. They were still decent cleans, just not up to my high standards. I really like this service and have recommended it to friends.
Description of Work: Our cleaning ladies come every other week and do a basic clean of the main floor and upstairs of our home. If we require extra cleaning or more thorough work, we can contact the service to have it done.

+ -1 moreThey started to arrive well past the time they should have and left before they should have been finished. They broke some things and tried to hide them. The cleaning became very poor and we had to clean after they left. They did offer to send out another cleaner but after it happened three times we quit using them.
Description of Work: Service was fantastic until our regular cleaner quit and they started sending mediocre fill-in cleaners.

+ -1 moreThe prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to others, and they have been good. The cleaning is great, but occasionally there has been some communication issues, and difficulty with scheduling. However, it is pretty minor all in all. I checked out other companies, and they had the best prices, and were the most flexible. They are very accommodating to my budget and needs.

+ -1 moreThere was a lot of turnover, and they would do varying levels of quality. We have since decided to hire someone else, but may possibly switch back in the future. The billing and scheduling was easy to work with which was a benefit.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, the cleaning was great, the team of 2 people did a really good job on the Move Out cleaning, but the backend office staff were terrible. They quoted me a price of $46/hour for anywhere from 2-8hrs of cleaning, for a team of 2 people. The people they were sending over "were their best". The cleaning was great, and when they called to confirm how the house looked I told them it was great. They then told me that the team was in the house for 8hrs cleaning and the cost was $322 total. When I discussed this with my husband he informed me that he was there at 8:30a to let the team in and when he returned to the house at 2:30p they were gone, that is only 6hrs, not 8hrs. So, I called the office and Julianna (Julie) spoke to me and proceeded to explain that they were there for 4hrs and the cost was $46 per hour x 2 people. So, each PERSON was charging $46/hour! That is more than even I make and I'm not cleaning homes!! I was livid, I expressed how unhappy I was and how this pricing was not clear and that they were saying each cleaner charged $46/hour. She charged my credit card on file anyway and told me she would "pass my info along to management". Unbelievable. BOTTOM LINE: Don't trust them, Don't use them: the pricing isn't accurate and they are sneaky. I feel bad for the actual cleaning people because they did a very good job, they should try and work for themselves instead of this money hungry company.
