Resetting the GFI outlet in the garage fixed my issue. I appreciated that Lance gave me this option to try to take care of it myself before having an electrician come out.

I have an older conduit and so Seattle Electric was able to use some existing wiring and put in some lower voltage lighting. I now have more lights on the same amount of wire that I had before. They were here when they said and did the job. I actually thought they couldn't do what they did, but they explained to me that with this new kind of lighting they could use what I had and not have to bring in more service, which I was worried about. I expected a different outcome than what I go. My experience was good and I have recommended them to some other people.

He did a great job. He did the work before we moved into the house which was greatly appreciated. He showed up when he said he would and the job took the amount of time he said it would. He cleaned up after himself so you couldn't tell he had made any kind of mess. The price came in just as bid and we were very pleased. We gave a "B" for price just because we don't know what the going rate is for electrical work. Their price seemed very reasonable to us. We had used them prior to this and were very pleased so we didn't bother getting any other bids. If we need any electrical work in the future we would definitely use them.

The process went fine. It was a very easy fix, and if I had fixed it myself in advance of the home inspection when selling my home, I could have avoided having to have a certified electrician do such an easy job. I have changed out receptacles in the past and have plenty of experience with low voltage wiring, so high voltage isn't all that difficult either. The electrician was very courteous and I think he felt bad having to charge me their standard rate. A's across the board except for price. I would use an electrician that charges less in the future.

A tech named James came out and assessed the job. He gave us a written quote & we said to go ahead. The installation went smoothly and the inspection passed. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we are very happy with the work done.
