Bill and Luke were professional and efficient. They worked quickly and I could tell they had a lot of experience. They were very upfront about their hourly charge. They discussed potential solutions before implementing them to get my, and each other's input, and had me review and test items as they were completed. I was thrilled to get so much done in 5 hours and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Great service, very skilled work and very nice people. We were completely satisfied with the job they did on our home. Would highly recommend them.

Bill was nice to talk to. I hired him to install speaker wires over the ceiling. Bill arrived with two more of his members on time. We mutually hourly rate was agreed but Bill never gave me the no. of hours of work. He let the two of his employees to work. Only one of them was effective. The other one hardly did any work. Most of the time he was just standing and staring at the other person's work. I ended up paying for both of their time. Even though only one of them was effectively working. Do not hire them! If you end up doing so, agree on total cost before they start their work else you will end up paying a lot more like me.

There was a scheduling problem on the first try. Bill apologized, rescheduled, and arrived at the appointed time on the second try.

He didn't come when he said he would, and he didn't call to cancel or change the appointment.

Unbeknownst to me, They stopped up the sink with the plug while tightening the faucet; however, they DIDN'T unstop it. They had a to rehang the key holder, leaving extra holes. They didn't tidy up after that either, I found rolled up stuff on the floors, the extra screws in random areas. Up until then, all the individuals I have used always tidied up after themselves, or put things back as they had found them. I would not recommend or hire again.

We had used this provider a year or so before (to fix some closet doors and install a cat door) and they did a great job. So when we had some minor projects again that we don't have the time or tools for, we decided to try them first. Since our first time using them and now, there has been a dramatic change in responsiveness and customer service. I initiated a request on their website a month ago. After not receiving a response for a week, I tried again. This time I received an email stating that someone would get back to me soon. A few more days went by. No response. I responded to the automated email and asked when I could receive a reply. A few days later, I received a phone call - which unfortunately was right in the middle of my dealing with a car break-in, so 911 took precedence for me at that moment. Not their fault. When I called back a couple of days later, the estimator was in the middle of getting a new phone, and said he was at the phone store switching out phones and would call me back in a couple of days. (Getting a new phone takes a couple of days?) Another week went by. No return call. I phoned them, and was told that they do not handle any of the items we want done (carpet patching, table leg replacement), and the one item they MIGHT handle (screen door latch repair)...he suggested that we try getting parts at Home Depot and doing it ourselves first. I think the suggestion of trying Home Depot first was what finally was the last straw regarding the whole thing. (I have owned a home for the past 18 years, and my husband is a retired military mechanic. We are not DIY novices. My husband is now a DISABLED veteran is all, so he cannot do the things he used to do, but he certainly knows what questions to ask or what to look for - and I usually do, too. So someone automatically behaving as if we can't think of obvious things - like going to the hardware store - for ourselves was really pretty offensive.) He also had a tendency to "talk over" you and not listen, as if he was clairvoyant and knew exactly what you were going to say and what the situation was. Very poor listening skills. In fact, he was so terribly condescending that it prompted me to write this review. So. After trying to get ahold of them repeatedly for a month, not getting responses most of the time, and then being treated like an idiot and told to just go to Home Depot anyway.....no thank you.

The quality is good and they were quite responsive. They are punctual & showed up when they said they would.

After some hit an miss exchanges on Angie's messages, we agreed to 11 am 8/26/2014 for the fence repair. My wife stayed home from work and after 11 called and the handyman who was at the hardware store getting supplies for a job he was still working on and at that point said he needed to reschedule. We were disappointed that he had not recognized his delay earlier and informed us so that we could make other arrangements.

They had to go back to Home Depot 3 times with correct parts that wasn't dented. They put weather stripping in two doors, pushed in the dishwasher and changed the florescent tubes. They helped me out with all kind of repair jobs and they are absolutely wonderful.

Overall a very good experience and a lot accomplished for only an hour with two handymen.

Tried to engage Seattle Best Handyman for some work on a house I was purchasing. I spoke to a person one time. When I tried to call back and verify some details and change others, I never received a call back. Left another message - again, no response. I gave up and hired someone else. Some jerk from this company shows up at the wrong address (my home address rather than where the work needed to be done), on the wrong date, with a crappy attitude, gives my wife (who wasn't involved in this at all) a hard time, and then cops more attitude with me on the phone. After hanging up, as my wife is trying to apologize, this guy tells my wife 'your husband really f*cked me'! Completely unprofessional. BUYER BEWARE!

The provider got back to me promptly after I purchased their big deal, and asked for my email address. Never heard from them after that. If I really needed the handyman work done, I would have pinged them. But since I could do without it, I opted to just cancel the deal.

They are great- I would hire them back. They work hard and efficiently. They have become my go -to guys.

Because they does not provide free estimate, we end up spending sometime discussing how to do the work. I was planning to install a new fan. But they figured out it will cost a lot to do that. So I decided not do that. The replacement of old bath fan took one more round because the first cut of the hole did not fit the new fan.Replacing the vent took one extra round for cosmetic reasons. Change switch wiring went smoothly.

As a single, retired woman, these were things that I could not accomplish on my own and was grateful to get them done. I had given them the list beforehand in an email and they arrived prepared to do the work. Both were very friendly and helpful. All was completed to my satisfaction. I won't hesitate to contact them again when needed. Thank you, Angie's List, for your recommendations and great deals.

Everything went well. The only issue I had was that they stated 2 labor hours which is 2 men for one hour each. I thought this was 1 man per hour. They also charged an extra 20% for rentals which was not made clear to me.

They were great. They did a good job. They were very nice young men. They were very polite. I have some of their business cards and my friend has a video shop and people there are looking for handyman so I'm going to give her all their business cards. He deserves more business.
