It was great. Same guy that had previously re-keyed my house when I first moved in. He remembered me, my house and my locks. They showed up on time, very communicative, very professional and nice. I will never use another locksmith as long as I live in the area this company services.

My experience was positive and it was done very quickly. Scheduling went very smoothly and one locksmith came out to do work. I was completely pleased with the work they did.

We had a so-so experience with this provider. We purchased their 100$ big deal and it started well with Shiloh (very nice guy) calling promptly to schedule an appointment. They came out as they said the first time, but this is where the good part ends. The guy they sent was new and inexperienced, and so it took him almost 3 hours to rekey about 6 locks, and even then he could only change 4 of them during that first appointment. To their credit, they came again the following week and didn't charge us their standard 50$ fee for out-of-area appointments this second time (they really need to get rid of this fee, btw). They sent the guy from the first appointment and a much more experienced professional along with him this time. BUT they didn't come to the appointment on time AND they didn't call my wife to tell her they were going to be late. She had to call Shiloh after a while to find out they were going to be a couple hours late. They showed up in the end and fixed the last 2 locks in less than 15 minutes. Lastly, some of the locks they installed have a poor design (Shlage F-Series) and can lock you out easily. All in all, I would probably use a slightly more expensive provider to get better quality in the end if I had to do it again, but their prices are competitive (and admittedly our experience might not be representative of the quality of their service given it all happened over the holiday season).

Extremely professional and punctual, and did a great job. Even though the mileage charge added $40 to the $100 flat rate charge, the service was well worth the money. We had only one working key and lock in our home, and now they are all working.

Went very well. My house presented a bit of a challenge, as no two locks on it were the same. So the locksmith had to find solutions beyond simply replacing all the lock cylinders. And he found a way to rekey the front door, which had a really ancient lock I wanted to keep. I was very satisfied.

they were on time, explained what they were going to do. paid the amount/quote i got. he was very professional, since i never used locksmith before,he explained how things work. assured me his work is guaranteed. I definitely would recommend and use their services again.

The technician was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous to my wife. He was able to re-key all the doors in the house and where he could not he explained why. Fast and everything works great!

I requested someone to come out to look at/replace my mail box lock. They gave me a window of time they would come by. I told them I would not be waiting at the location for them to come and asked if someone could call me within 30 minutes of their arrival so I could leave work and meet them. They called right when they said they would. They met me 30 minutes later. The lock was not broken, I had mail stuck in the lock. It only took him 5 minutes to get the lock unstuck and straighten the key (which I had bent trying to open the lock). He charged me the lowest price they charge for coming out. I would recommend this company.

The locksmith accommodated our tight timeframe and replaced all the locks quickly - we had no complaints with the work. The only negative was that we had purchased a special Angies list deal and were quoted an additional fee for being out of the immediate service area, but the out of service fee charged the day of was higher than what we had been quoted over the phone. Other than that I would recommend them.

They were fast, did the job well and left. I also wanted a lock in one of our doors that did not have one. They gave me an estimate but did not have the lock. Hence he said he will do it when he is in the area again so that I dont have to pay travel charges. They did call up and let me know when they were in the area. So good followup I am giving B for price because he charged my 40 dollars extra since my house was not within the area that the coupon mentioned. I think 40 dollars extra was a little more, espeically because if the fact that they were already very close to my house. They were actually lucky that my job was there since the original job for which they came to my area did not happen because the owners were not there

The work was well done but it was not a difficult job. The locksmith arrived late and I got charged twice in error (they promised to fix this promptly).

Shiloh was who I spoke with at Seatown....awesome customer service!!! Hope he got his tacos!!! LOL! Anyway, friendly and professional the whole way!!! They know their stuff and got the job done!!! Primo job!!! Sorry I didn't get this review in earlier...just got my internet up!!!

It went okay. When I first scheduled them, they came to the wrong house. I have two houses on my Angie's List account. I don't hold them accountable for that. It was just a communication issue between Angie's List and the company.

The company rescheduled our appt twice and then when the locksmith showed up he did not have everything he needed to complete the job, and had to come back another two days later to finish. He also told me that he couldnt rekey one of my locks because it was a different brand, but he could sell me a new one for $50. No thanks.

Fantastic service, really liked the gentleman who came out and did the actual work.

I don't remember the date but the locksmith was prompt, fast and did a great job. I would recommend him again.

Locksmith arrived on time. Explained and demonstrated need for extra locks (had 5 pin locks not programable to 7 pin). Replaced locks and rekeyed other doors quickly. Very neat and clean.

I found my house had been broken into last night.. Based on reviews, I called Seatown Locksmith this morning. The owner was here by 1 p.m. (half an hour earlier than expected) and rekeyed my doors for an excellent price (no emergency fee as far as I can tell). Of course, he just finished now, so I'll have to see how it all works out. I'll come back and change this review if necessary. Another company just down the street would've charged $150 and not gotten here until tomorrow.

After looking on Angies list and finding this relatively new company had just a few reviews (6 at the time) I almost looked elsewhere. But all the reviews were excellent and they offer a coupon deal for $80 for 6 rekeys plus 4 new keys that is impossible to beat. They do charge a trip fee as noted on the Angies deal so I paid an extra $20 since I was 12 miles from their base. Glad I called them. I ordered the $80 deal on Angies and they called me the next day to schedule. They were able to send a crew to my new home that very day and got the work done in a professional manner. We even found that one of my doors from the garage had a different brand door knob and lock but they were willing to rekey it too. But since then I would have a different eky for that one door I asked and they had with them a compatible door knob and lock and I had them install it and rekey so all my locks are the same. Their price for the new door knob was $45 and I could have got one for cheaper myself, but having the work done and completed all at once saved me a seperate effort to rekey a new lock so it likley saved me money anyway. Would definately recoomend them and especially their rekey deal which is about 40% off other quotes I got from 3 other companies.

The workers showed up on time and were polite. The work however was sloppy and I went around afterwards changing the locks so the deadbolt sat properly. They did not remove the previously paid from my invoice or take into account what the special covered so I ended up paying too much

They showed up when they said they would, rekeyed all the locks in our new house and worked quickly and efficiently. We would certainly use them again.

Dee from Seatown Locksmith rekeyed the locks and replaced a broken lockset. We requested a new dead bolt lock set, but he did not have a matching item in stock at the time. He ordered a matching dead bolt lock and arranged for a time to install it later. We did not pay for the locksmith services until the entire job was complete. Excellent service.
