Arrived right on time. Professional and quick. Came out the same day we requested service. Technician was very helpful. Even told us about the current Angies List special which save us money.

I am very pleased with Seatown Locksmith. I originally took my vehicle to the manufacturer do have them fix a broken lock on the drivers side door. The Dealer informed me that they would have to re-core the lock and then also bring in a locksmith if I wanted the key to work in all locks. Dealers cost was approximately $450 to do this. Instead I called Seatown Locksmith and within about ten minutes after arriving at their shop they had my drivers side door lock working again. They saved me over $400. I would recommend that you contact them

I saw this deal from Seatown Locksmith. I looked to see if they serviced my area and they do, so I bought the deal. I did not see the fine print that the deal is only good for people within a 5 mile radius of their business address. The interaction with the company was average.

The installation went great. The locksmith showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. He was friendly and professional. No complaints at all about the work performed. The sales experience was another story. It started out just fine. We went back and forth for a couple weeks discussing details of the project. I was a little frustrated at the slow response time, sometimes days went by without any response. I should have taken that as a sign, but I mistakenly moved forward. Another clue that things were going south was when we finalized what the job would entail. Another clue (in hindsight) was how they seemed extremely adverse to communicating through email once we started talking money. He actually told me "I'm so sure you are going to like the numbers I have for you that I've already gone ahead and ordered the parts". I hate it when salesmen use tricks like that to force a quick deal. I should have put the breaks on at that point and demanded an itemized email quote. Had I done that I would have realized that the main item on my list, the front door deadbolt, was missing. Had it not been missing, the quote would have broken my $500 budget limit. I would have downsized my order to make room for the deadbolt while adhering to my $500 limit. Because the salesman insisted on doing the deal over the phone, I did not realize this mistake. I called Seatown this morning, after the work was done and I realized the error. I was pretty mad (at the salesman, not the locksmith who came to my house). The salesman made no attempt to fix the problem other than offering to sell me a new deadbolt at full price. He completely dismissed my complaints. He even told me, in a very condescending tone, that he was surprised I was mad about this. After hanging up on him, I did actually give that question some thought. Initially I thought I was mad because now I have to take more time off of work. I really am mad about that. Its a pretty huge inconvenience. I think the main reason I am so mad is because I really didn't like the slimy salesman tricks they used on me before we finalized the deal. I knew they were happening at the time but I ignored the little voice in my head and moved forward anyway. I feel like the salesman did a crappy job, but I allowed him to do a crappy and negligent job. I'm mad at the salesman, but I'm also disappointed in myself.

The office is a little disorganized and they forgot about my appointment. They were very courteous about rescheduling though. For the rescheduled appointment they sent a technician named D. who was prompt, professional and very competent.

It went well. I thought the company was going to replace my locks but really the service was for a re-key. Great company overall they just could not do what I want done unfortunately.

Seatown Locksmith re-keyed three doors in our house and made us four key copies. The deal was for six doors, but we only had three doors to re-key. I appreciated being asked if their were any other doors to re-keyed in addition to the three doors I was sure about. It didn't take long to have three locks re-keyed. It feels great to have the locks re-keyed in our new house.

The provider did a great job--they were on time, very quick and professional. I would use them again for sure!

Great service + Angie's List discount. Job was finished earlier than estimated and they kindly made a courtesy call to let me know the locks and keys were available for pick-up. I would definitely recommend this shop.

There was confusion with the appointment time. I had 11am and the tech had 1pm. I waited for an hour and then went back to work and called from there. I had just missed a message from the tech asking if he could come early, which of course was still late by my schedule. He completed the work fairly quickly and was nice and knowledgeable. I am pretty certain of my appointment time because I put it in my calendar while we were scheduling it. I was also surprised because I did not read the fine print in the Angie's List deal and since we were more than 15 miles from their shop we had to pay an additional $45 above the deal price pretty much knocking off any savings on the deal. That was my mistake for not realizing how far away they were from the site. Nonetheless it was a disappointment since I lost almost 2 hours from work to be there for the appointment and would have lost only an hour if the tech had shown up on time.

Very professional locksmith. Arrived on time, and due to all the construction and other activities, removed the locks from all the doors, took them to his van workshop, cut all the keys and replaced all the re-keyed locks in less than an hour. There was an additional fee beyond the Angieslist deal, for mileage and an additional lock needed. But still reasonable in price.

I was happy with the service and it saved me time! I thought it was a bit odd that I was asked to swing by the shop to show my key. However I learned that it helps in ordering replacement parts. I received four keys in the deal with the option to purchase more.

We were very happy with all aspects of the service. Very professional, friendly, helpful. We were freely given advice on a more economical way to proceed. Would be happy to call them again should the need arrive and refer them to others.

Dee did a great job. Shiloh responded quickly (hours) after purchasing a deal, easy scheduling and rescheduling when they needed to return with a different part. Highly recommend and will do business with them again.

My wife reported that the service technician was prompt, polite, and was thorough in his explanation for the additional charges. The locks are functional and we have had zero problems with the locks.

They were right on time and performed the job as expected. The price was great when compared to other services in my local area and was still a great deal despite the out of service area charge. The technician came back the next day after there was a problem with one of the locks and completed the job.

It was fast with no troubles! I would use these guys again, in a heartbeat. I had to pay extra since I wasn't in the service area but it was a great deal so I didn't mind.

I just bought a new house and asked them to replace the locks with new cores. I bought the Big Deal - 6 locks for $99. They responded ASAP and completed the job on the date requested. Very good experience. I'd use them again.

On the very same day my wife's purse was stolen Seatown showed up to change all of our locks. I could tell that they were busy, but they knew that it was important and went out of their way to help us out. Dee stopped by on his way home from work to make the change. Could not have been happier and more impressed.

Everything went well. On time, locks and keys worked.
