Description of Work: Changed locks. They responded quickly to my urgent matter. Staff member even helped me reset my garage door opener w/o hesitation. I was super grateful for their prompt response which ultimately brought relief to an already stressful day.

Description of Work: Replaced 7 locks. I called on in the morning on the 21st and they came that afternoon and also had a coupon available for 6 locks for $100. Great service at a great price.

Description of Work: Our house was burglarized, so I went to Angie's List to find a locksmith to change the locks. I saw a coupon for a whole-house rekey for $80, so I purchased. On Monday, I made contact with the vendor, but he wasn't able to come out until Wednesday, which would have left us vulnerable for two days. He also wanted to charge an extra $20 because our house was further than 10 miles from Burien (it's not; it's 6 1/2 miles if you take 509 -- I check on Google Maps before buying the deal). He also wanted to charge an extra $20 for each "key way". Since most of our doors have a lock on the handle as well as the deadbolt, this would have worked out to a substantial up-charge from the 6 locks included in the "whole-house" re-key. We contacted Ravenna Locksmith instead, and he came out immediately, changed all our locks, and keyed 2 new high-quality padlocks for fence gates to the same key in short order for only slightly more than the deal from Seatown with all the surcharges added on would have cost us.

Description of Work: Had purchased the $80 deal to have my new home rekeyed. Setting up an appointment was easy. The two guys that showed up were very nice and completed the job quickly and they were all done very well.

Description of Work: I've had two locked-out-of-home experiences where I called Seatown and Maurice promptly to my house to let me in. I've also purchased duplicate keys from their Burien store. They have been prompt, courteous, knowledgable. Top notch professionals! Recommend highly!
