Description of Work: Scott was on time and gave me good information about my problem. Told straight up that the fix will fix it for a short period of time and that I would need a new washer. Very professional, personable and his cost for his service was very reasonable. Would use him again and refer him to friends and family.

Description of Work: My double oven failed. The electronic controls froze up and smoke came out the top of the control area. I call Scott Wisemans because they were recommended by someone. They sent a younger man out the next day who took the control panel off while I watched. It was obviously fried. He said it would only cost about 300 dollars more to replace the entire oven than to order the parts and repair it. And, yes, his brother could get a P7 that would fit the space. So I went for the new oven which was installed a week later. They cleaned up the mess, instructed me in the use of the newer electronics. Then called me back a week later to be sure everything was okay. I would recommend them to anyone who wanted honest repair and/or replacement. Their price for the oven was as good as Home Depot's or Lowes.

Description of Work: Phone troubleshooting. He doesn't cover Ballard but his brother Mark does. Had a Kenmore dishwasher that wasn't working. Mark called a identified the problem in no time. Very helpful. Will call him again.
