+ 0 moreWe chose them for the job as they were the home builders as well as their good reputation .The job is currently in progress. They job started recently and is projected to finish next July. They are super detailed and very through. I have learned a lot from them already. Everything has been going great!

+ 0 moreTheir price was so far out of line with the rest of estimates, that could only be that they did not want the work. This would have been fine, if they just would have been up front and told us rather than making us hang on for a week.
Description of Work: They were to purchase the door, have it stained and install it.

+ -1 moreBoth the estimator and Josh who did the work were punctual, very polite, kept to estimate as to when the job could be done. They cleaned up when finished. I was pleased with the job Josh did and would use them again.
Description of Work: Repaired wall where plumber had cut into wall to replace pipes; rehung kitchen cabinet, replaced and reconnected dishwasher.

+ -1 moreSCHULTZ MILLER WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TOP OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. IT'S NOT ALWAYS EASY WORKING IN A CONDO SITUATION BRINGING IN ALL THE EQUIPMENT NEEDED, BUT THE WORKERS ALL KEPT A GREAT ATTITUDE. THEY KEPT THE JOB MOVING ALONG AND FINISHED ON TIME, IF NOT EARLY. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Description of Work: THIS WAS FOR A COMPLETE REMODEL OF MERGING TWO CONDO'S INTO ONE, ALONG WITH REDOING AND MOVING THE KITCHEN, REPLACING ALL THE FLOORING, PAINTING, WIRING, PLUMBING, EVERYTHING.
