Save on Moving Seattle

On the phone they told the price is time multiplied by the hourly rate. We agreed. Upon arrival they added commute time, fuel 50$ (really??) and even 10$ bridge fee (I would not mind them driving I-90 instead). I'd be ok with that should they be honest on the phone. I told that I was surprised by the price. They drove away pretending they don't want to move me and returned back in 15 minutes pretending they do me a favor. They were playing this game of doing me "favor" all the time and obviously they billed me for the time they were doing talking instead of doing their business. On the phone they assured me they'd take care of all the furniture. That was the case when they came (after driving away and returning) and looked around too. But over the time they refused to deal with cases and a crock board. Upon arrival they broke a lamp and refused to pay for that in full (we negotiated 50$ when the market price is 80$). Lately I found another minor issues like "spare" details of a bed after they assembled it back. The final price was way higher then their estimate because of this unrevealed fees and doing too much talking instead of working.
