ROYALTY PAINTING

We were put off several times due to weather, which is understandable. But, I am not pleased with them not returning my phone calls. Their tag line is that they treat their customers like Royalty. I don't even feel like a commoner with them. The guy they sent out did an OK job, but he obviously did not read English because we left a detailed note for him about painting the underside of the lowest boards, to do the trim work in the same shade as the house (no trim work was done at all, so the trim is the same color as the base coat) and to caulk under the windows of the shed. The note was gone, and the thumbtack was on the ground near the door. If he can't read English, that's fine, but he should have come to the house and asked us what was on the note. So far, my calls have not been returned and I just cannot express to companies like this how much I HATE to be ignored. We hired a handyman to come and paint the boards underneath like we had asked, and so far the touch-up that our builder requested has not been done, they left a ladder in our yard and the data cable also was not painted. And I'm thinking that it's going to take several coats of paint to fix the trim since it is a light off-white color and the rest of the shed is dark blue. I expect them to stick to their bid since the communication failed. Really...the trick to getting along with me is to return my phone calls.
