Description of Work: Started out with a standard rotoroot job to clear a plugged drain. Problem got worse rather than better (but I still had to pay for that part of the job) so they scheduled in a hydrojet guy for the following day. Expensive, but did the trick.

Description of Work: I ordered 4 plumbing projects to be done, one of which was to take out an old toilet and install a brand-new toilet (supplied by me). When the new toilet was in, it was crooked, not flush against the wall. The plumber blamed it on the flange, said I needed a different flange. He said it would cost me an extra $700 for the new flange. I declined. But the toilet has other problems; it doesn't flush the way it should; sometimes it keeps running and I have to adjust the hardware inside the tank to make it stop. Oftentimes, it doesn't flush everything down, it comes back up. Roto-Rooter send another plumber to look at it when I complained. He looked at the toilet for about 30 seconds, then said he couldn't help me. When I complained again, Roto-Rooter sent the original plumber with his supervisor. They hung around for an hour, but insisted I needed another flange at an additional $700. I still TODAY have this defective toilet that my household has to use all day every day, and it's frustrating.

Put in clean-out, roto-rootered, installed new pipes. |Supervisor was obnoxious...yelling at me, etc. I'll have to use this company, since local plumbers don't do this work, but I will not have this man back.

Description of Work: They could not fix the problem on the first visit. They were scheduled to return on 4-20 between 11 and 1pm. They did not meet that appointment. I had a different plumbing company finish the job.

Description of Work: I called for sunday service due to a plugged toilet. I was unable to unplug the toilet just prior to the arrival of the plumber. He was extremely professional and understanding of the situation and not only gave me great advice for the future but didn't charge me for the service call. I will definitely use this company again
