+ -1 moreI got some of the materials for him and then he did the rest. It was a pretty straight forward job and yet the toilet did leak after the first set. Ron was able to remedy that and get the tenant back in his bathroom. It took about a week start to finish, but the tenant was out of town, so that didn't matter.
Description of Work: Ron put in a new vinyl tile floor in a bathroom of my rental. He had to remove the existing carpet, take off the toilet, put down floor boards, adhere the tiles, put the base molding up, and then set the toilet again.
