 + -1 moreI took the car to Rich's May 23rd to have them look at the car. Met Mark who manages the front desk and answers the phone. Very friendly and helpful. He got the owner Mo who came out and looked at the car and gave me and estimate for work to be done. Mark scheduled me for next week with the caveat that if it was raining I would not be in. He understood and asked me to give him a call the day before the appt. to see how the weather was looking. I did so, the weather looked good and we planned on the appt. the following day. Took the car there May 30th in the morning. Moe put the car in the shop and went to work. It took about an hour and he asked me to come and look at it and see what I thought. It looked like I expected it to look. Was very pleased with the work.
Description of Work: I had a convertible top installed on my 60 corvette and the person didn't make the final adjustments to the top after it had been on for a few weeks. I needed those final adjustments made to the top.

 + -1 moreThis company is a absolute joke and I will be following up with the BBB after this. They gave me one number for a budget and went triple over the budget and didn't even fix it and left me with a non working convertable top and the new carpeting wasn't even tacked down. you can understand how I felt. When I tried talking to Moe he said either pay me or your not getting your keys. Think about how it feels to watch someone steal your car right in front of your face. It hurts. ugh

Description of Work: The seat in my car was getting too squishy and uncomfortable. They quoted me $200 to fix it. I thought they would replace the foam. Apparently they just heated the foam up or something like that. The seat was still squishy when I picket it up so he turned the seat over and just started adding pieces of scrap material under the springs. That made the seat firm, but I couldn't believe he still charged me $200 for the little effort and materials put into it. It is now a few months later and the seat is squishy again. |

 + -1 moreThe experience was good. They happened to be moving when they accepted the piece, so it took a little longer, but the piece was done well, and I would rate them the highest rating. They delivered the couch about a week ago. The price did not include the fabric that I bought somewhere else. The quality of work was excellent.

Description of Work: I wanted to replace the front seat in my 1996 Bronco. Rich's suggested that it would be cheaper and look better if they repaired the upholstry, fixed the sag and generally cleaned the seat. They did a fantastic job! It was done quickly, professionally and right at their quote. I would recommend them to anyone..

 + 0 moreThe ottoman only took 8-10 days. The price for the ottoman was a very good price, compared to other upholsterers.
Description of Work: They repaired the driver's side seat in my car. They did a really good job on that, and since they did such a good job, we came back to them for reupholstering a leather ottoman for us; they did a beautiful job. The ottoman was a square shape, and had some drawers. It also had decorative stitching that they had to do. Originally, they looked at it to make sure it was solid wood. We picked out the material, and with the grandkids, the leather had wore down. So we put a different material on the ottoman - a durable leather-like material. It worked out very well.
