Inspector was right on time. He allowed me to walk along through the house and answered every question I had. He was detailed but did not focus on small blemishes. He sent us a very easy to read report the next day per e-mail. The report was color coded (i.e. red-needs immediate attention...) and included digital pictures of areas of concern. We also received a printed version of the same report a few days later per USPS mail.

Richard was fantastic! He arrived early and had started the inspection of the grounds before we showed up. He was very thorough, the inspection took a full 3 hours for a 1700 square foot house. The report was easy to read and understand, but it was also filled with all the issues he pointed out to us during the inspection. I really liked how he put in pictures and captioned them with what the specific problem was. At the end of the report, he included a summary with the most important things to fix immediately. The report was emailed to us within 16 hours of the inspection and we received the hard copy a few days later.
