My wife and I have been on a 18 month journey with Renovate to plan a significant basement remodel which included replacement of the main beam of the house and a dig out of a crawlspace to expand the footprint of the basement. Along the way, Amanda and her team (especially Jeremiah and Ross) have been utterly professional and helped us craft an amazing vision for the project, with lots of changing scope and financial constraints on our side that changed along the way. It was always easy to get on the phone with someone there and to talk things out when we needed to discuss something or revise our plans and they were always great about working out multiple options to solve problems as we encountered them. What we wanted to do was really ambitious and they always had a steady hand at the wheel. We were especially grateful that, in order to save us money, they would allow us to contract with an excavation company directly in order to bring the project within budget. Ultimately, we had to shelve the project until financing it would be more feasible, but Amanda was extremely gracious and understanding even about that turn of events. And, in the end, we have engineering drawings and floorplans that we can keep until the time is right to do the work, so it wasn't all for naught.

The team at Renovate are absolutely top notch professionals. We hired them to remodel our kitchen and then left town for a month while they completed the project. They did a wonderful job of managing the project and keeping us updated on progress with pictures and written updates. They also communicated quickly if anything caused a change and the final product is beautiful. Weâ ve absolutely loved our new kitchen and are so appreciative of the amazing craftsmanship and service we got from Amanda and her team. Weâ d highly recommend Renovate for remodel projects and would use them again if we ever move and need a contractor. Thanks Amanda and team!

I had a great experience with Renovate Construction. Relatively new to home ownership, RD and his team were extremely helpful in navigating the process, in addition to being consummate professionals and extremely detail-oriented. I would (and have already) highly recommend to others looking for honest and quality work, done quickly and in a quality manner. And most importantly, I love my bathroom!!

Initially we had hired them to work on my primary residence, but it turned out that we ended up using their help to fix a huge plumbing issue on my rental property as well due to the recent snow my basement for the rental was a water leak, Renovate Construction helped me get the issue resolved in 2 days. Amanda is a great owner her customer relations are extremely great, but my super thanks to RD Strange, the Lead, and all the employees of Renovate that peached in to help. I would recommend Renovate Construction, to anyone. They cleaned up after the job was completed. They were able to find the leak in the crawl area of the basement, they dig up around the house and fixed the drainage and sewer leak as well. They did a great job on my rental property. Thanks RD, the Crew, and Amanda for rescuing us with this unforeseen problem, when everyone else said they can come out 5 to 7 days from the issue took place, you Team was there in 30 mins after I placed the call to RD on Thursday. ...they will be working on replacing the roof for the same property this spring/ summer 2019. Renovate Construction, under RDs watch: replaced broken abesto siding, added flashings to all windows, built a new deck AND waterproofed and insulated a water leak issue from the exterior wall (even added a gutter to make sure were intact before snowmageddon hit!). RD and his crew went Above and Beyond to ensure end services were completely satisfied with a follow-up call. After the project ended, we discovered an issue and gave RD a ring, he immediately came by the next morning to help take a look. Its rare to find contractors that dont just disappear as soon as theyre done with a job. I respect and really appreciate working with RD who was willing to educate and explain the approach to the project which gave us a higher level of confidence on the quality of the work. Additionally, clear timelines were communicated and progress was consistently photographed and shared! Would definitely work with RD / Renovate again.

Renovate Construction completed a new bathroom addition to our home and totally remodeled our existing bath as well. We had worked with a different company who ended up not being competent to do the work. Renovate rectified all items that were done incorrectly including plumbing, framing and roofing. Their staff is highly qualified, meticulous and, as they found issues, was quick to address to assure we would not have any problems in the future. Everything was completed as promised; they were professional and fully committed to guaranteeing we were 100% satisfied. RD takes pride in his work and managed all details thoroughly making sure the work was done well, on time and within our specifications. We will hire them again if needed and we highly recommend this company with no reservations.

I recently had Renovate do a significant remodel of a 50 year old duplex. They built me 2 brand new bathrooms, a new kitchen, an interior wall, and they also strengthened my deck. They impressed me every step of the way with their professionalism, craftsmanship, and problem-solving. I highly recommend them for any project you are considering; as far as I m concerned I have found a contractor for life. If you would like more detail, I have included some of the highlights of my experience below: Professionalism: From the moment you meet RD, the lead carpenter, you will know you re in good hands. He gave me a detailed, reasonable estimate for the work (and when I say detailed, I mean detailed). The crew was on-site every single day until the work was done. I paid exactly what we discussed on the estimate, except for the surprises (more on that later) Craftsmanship: I was really impressed by the attention to detail in their work. They moved the plumbing in the bathroom to the exact requirements and changed the supporting valves and fixtures I would missed without asking. The tiles in my shower were laid beautifully, straight, and level. RD even noticed a chipped tile and it so offended his standards that he had it ripped out and replaced. Problem-solving: It is a old house in the Northwest, so naturally we found water damage in one of the bathroom, from a 50-year old window. It had rotted part of the outer wall and even some structural beams. I was ready to have a heart attack, but they nonchalantly made it good as new, window and all. They charged me time and materials, and their rates are very fair for the top quality work they do. I also managed to mismeasure the kitchen layout somehow, and they heroically moved a beam 4 inches to accommodate the cabinets. That was my mistake and I deserved to pay for it. I am just glad I had an honest contractor.

Renovate Construction did a wonderful job with our master bathroom remodel. They quoted a fair price and stuck to it. RD and his crew showed up on time daily and were always professional and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them and will be hiring them again for future projects.

Renovate Construction was fair with their cost, giving us three different options to chose from in terms of cost and options for our porch remodel-and they did not push any particular option or try to upsell. Once we decided on an option, they were quick to schedule, and diligent in their work, even returning on the weekend when there was a hiccup with materials. I would definitely recommend Renovate Construction, and will be contacting them for our projects in the future!

Exceptionally responsive and skilled. The replacement of a landing, stairs and railing was achieved within my very short time frame and done with consummate skill. Renovate did a fantastic job on our deck. Their supervisor walked us through the process and the crew did beautiful work. They were on time, straight forward, honest and great workers.
