They found the part in inventory of the closest store immediately. The store was fast, reasonably priced, friendly, and extremely helpful.

I called Reliable Parts and they said they had the part in stock and I picked it up and installed it myself saving a service call.

I have never heard of a business who wont give their cash back for a part they didnt need. The customer service is aweful. My contractor went there to purchase some appliance parts and pay in cash. The first trip he called in advance to let them know he was coming and what part he needed. They said they had the part and to come on in. When he arrived there were other customers inside but they wouldnt let him in, even though it was just before their closing time. He had to make another trip to purchase the parts but he did not end up using the part so he went again to return it. The store refused to give him the cash back because they were out cash. They said they would have to write a check and send it through the mail in a couple days. My contractor is visiting again today in an attempt to return the part and see if they will write a check to us. I am appaled that my contractor is having to drive back and fourth (nearly 20 miles one way).

Was great, because they have an inventory of parts for old appliances. Needed an igniter for a 1988 Thermador Gas Range (cooktop), and they had it. They mailed it to USPS and I received it within 2 days.

The old refrigerator stopped working in a rental unit. Time was critical for family with 2 babies and food safety. It was Friday afternoon. This job was difficult because of the discrepency in part numbers. Reliable employees could not have been more helpful in searching the correct replacement parts (overload and relay), and explanation. They were careful and professional, and took extra time to be helpful. Also they seem to have every tool or part imaginable! Service repairmen from many companies were buying parts there. It's definitely worth the trip to Tukwila - and easy to find.

CALLED TO SEE IF THEY HAD ACCESS TO PARTS FOR MY 30 YEAR OLD OVEN AND STOVE. ALL THEY NEEDED WAS THE SERIAL NUMBER AND MAKE OVER THE PHONE. THEY HAD THE PARTS I NEEDED-IN STOCK-AND SHIPPED THEM TO ME THE SAME DAY SO THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO MAKE THE TRIP TO PICK THEM UP.
