Reality Construction is awesome! They specialize in framing dormers and additions, particularly for older homes (ours is Craftsman-era). Having someone with lots of experience in this type of work makes such a difference -- they know exactly how to tie the old and new structures together in the most efficient way possible. Reality has the whole package -- expertise, exceptional quality, reasonable cost, honesty & reliability. Our project was on schedule and on budget from start to finish! The work progressed at lightning speed thanks to their advance planning and a highly organized crew. They got an early start every day and wasted no time getting down to business. Dennis Morris runs the show and keeps everyone on track. He s always thinking ten steps ahead (at least) and proposing various improvements or options.
