Description of Work: Snaked out main sewer line from house to street to clear roots causing backups. | |They were great -- prompt, took less than 2 hours, and snakeout has lasted over a year. They did not try to sell me more expensive services, as another plumbing company did. (That's why I switched companies.) |

Description of Work: READ FINE PRINT. I have several complaints, which is why I would think seriously about using yhem sgain.d nt use them again. Bothered me to come home and find people sitting around for an hour or MORE, while waiting to be inspected. Stopping the clock on hours NOT working would have been fairer. Water left running for which I am paying for, for more several hours. | | |Subcontractor, to flush rocks and other debris out of system. Asked for a breakdown of costs, since this was not in the original bid. No response. The work was completed. But have reservations about using them again. | | | |
