ceramic tile, flooring contractor
+ 0 moreIt took over 4 months to begin the project. Once the work started, I questioned the grout he chose to use. I did not want a dark brown grout with ivory tile. Ray told me the grout would lighten as it dried, which is quite opposite of the truth. I called Ray to let him know I was not satisfied with the end result. I was told it would not be worth his time to come out and correct it. I have not had contact with Ray since.
Description of Work: He cut and installed custom ceramic tile.
