Description of Work: Ron is a crew of 1 who always showed up when he said he would and worked non-stop all day. He power washed, prepared and painted the exterior of two houses. He replaced some rotten wood in a soffit at no extra charge. There was much scraping, preparation and caulking needed. The trim color for the roof fascia I had picked out turned out awful and he was very agreeable about repainting it a different color. He's a high energy young man, easy to work with and he has a good business ethic. We would use him again.
