They did an excellent job. They were very efficient. I can't say enough good things about them.

We started with an outside paint job. QA identified a bit of rot which turned into a much bigger job. They referred us to a contractor who took care of that issue. Doug stayed in touch throughout that project in a supportive and yet not obtrusive way. They completed the exterior paint job when we were ready. It looks fabulous! Anything that wasn't perfect they have taken care of. The team is remarkably professional and punctual. We had our windows and casement replaced as part of the other side project and Doug and his team also ended up painting most of the interior of our house as well (master bedroom, TV room, LR, DR, hallway/stairway). The second part of the project was a rush job and I asked Doug if he could please complete it before Thanksgiving (having called the second week of November!). He accommodated the request by putting two crews on the work and got it done before Thanksgiving. The work is top notch and they are always on time. I don't think they are the least expensive company, but you get what you pay for and Doug and team are fantastic.

QA Painting is great! Someone answered the phone when I called and immediately scheduled an appointment. Doug was prompt for the appointment, went carefully over the job, presented options, and emailed a professional, understandable bid that same day. The best part - the crew showed up on time, were clean and polite, went over the tasks with me so we had the same understanding of what was going to happen, took excellent care of my property, and got the job done in the time as bid!!!!! And the finished product is excellent. An event that turned out to be minor - on the second day paint dust had landed on the first floor. Based on past experience with other contractors, I expected this to be a major hassle. I emailed Doug that evening and asked to talk about it by 9:00 a.m. the next morning. Much to my surprise, QA gives its lead painters authority and responsibility to take care of issues right away. The lead was at my house at 8:00 a.m., and had a cleaning crew there by 8:45. Doug followed up that day. Wow, that meant so much to me. They did a beautiful job. Their carpenter also adjusted/repaired some sticking doors. They are working perfectly now. I will definitely invite QA Painting to bid on other projects.

In our view, Queen Anne Painting are the very best. It was really refreshing to see a company that knows how to communicate with the customer with honesty and integrity. They were very professional, yet very customer oriented and caring in seeing that our property was properly taken care of and ready for the winter. As we did not have the funds to do everything we wanted done, they assisted us in ascertaining what really needed priority before winter. Refreshingly, they communicated when they would be here and they were on time! As the work progressed, we were in awe at the total difference in the paint job. Much care was done to do it right and it really showed. We know beyond a shadow of a doubt that we received the very best. We even managed to accidentally step on the threshold that had just been stained....even though the painter put a warning sign up that there was wet paint. We called them, and they came out and fixed it without complaint or charge. We very highly recommend this company in all ways. Their customer service is excellent. The staff takes great care to be careful of the plants & property, knows how to do the job correctly the first time & listens to the customer. We plan on having some more work done by this company. There will be no one else after our experience with them. We thank you Queen Anne Painting for all that you have done for us & your great job.

It was wonderful. The guys came in and went straight to work. They were very respectful of our one year old daughter and our cats being in the house for most of the work. I was impressed with all of the work they did as well as how much work they did. The small detailed work was done smoothly. The crew had years of experience and knew more about paint then I even knew existed! I would hire these guys again and would never under estimate how much work goes in to what they do. It was money well spent. If you hire ask for Arlan's crew.

The experience was good and it all went very smoothly. They were very friendly, very punctual and responsive. They were very good and it looks great.

QAP is one of the most professional and reliable companies I have worked with thus far. The quality of their work was spot on. As someone with very high standards they met my expectations and offered a very thorough walk through expectation to ensure that everything looked as expected. The owner of the company came to our house several times to check up on the crew and discuss any project concerns. One of our kitchen windows was broken while painting and the window was replaced that day. I had a fabulous experience overall and will use QAP again.

They were on time and it was a high quality job. They were not the lowest or highest bid, they were in the middle. I would recommend them and would use them again.

Guests were coming in two weeks and I realized I had to get my dining room painted before they came. I called three companies and found Doug Wold of Queen Anne Painting to be the most helpful, courteous, and artistically knowledgeable about colors and paint. In addition, he could get the job done within my time frame! He brought out the color wheel at the time of the estimate and we decided on color right then and there. I was so impressed that I asked for help with my living room colors, and I also asked him to install new curtain rods in the dining room. No problem, he said. So I hired Queen Anne Painting and was so pleased with the whole experience: Ruslan, the painter, was a hard worker, courteous, clean, neat, skilled, punctual, and considerate. The colors are beautiful! I couldn't have asked for a better deal. Thank you, Queen Anne.

They came within 2 days of being called to give us an estimate. They gave estimate for all painting and said they'd do the wallpaper, patching, etc. on a T&M basis. They were ready to start within a week and showed up when they said they would. The two painters were very professional and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves each day (very well), and kept their stuff in a tidy pile out of the way. They returned once or twice to touch up what was necessary and we were pleased with their work. The painting was fixed fee and my wife didn't really understand that the T&M work was going to be extra. The painting was $3,900 and the other work added an additional $2,900. Overall, I don't think the price was out of line.

They were excellent, they were did as much prep work at my request, they did a very good and careful job, and they kept me appraised daily and they would inform me at the end of each day.

I was very pleased with their services. They showed up on time to get the work done. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to others as well.

Like clockwork. I could not be happier. They were super professional. They planned and staffed the project perfectly and completed every single thing just when they said they would. Their prep & the way they dealt with removing & reinstalling hardware was great. They masked off all the rooms perfectly and laid floor protection so the rest of the house stayed clean. Every painter was polite, positive and helpful. I would use them again in an instant, and probably will when I do my kitchen next year.

The job wend very well and looks great. I've gotten noting, but compliments and I couldn't have done it without their help.

They were very professional and also noticed some other areas that needed some touching up and they asked if I would like them to do those jobs as well. I had a lot of trouble finding a company that would take care of cleaning multiple surface types. I'm not sure if I didn't look in the correct places, or if it s just something that is hard to find. They did an excellent job and I would hire them again. I don't remember the price, just that it was reasonable.

Owner came out and bid job. Work was done while we were out of town, and when we returned, there had been miscommunication about colors, so it was all one color. They immediately came out and re-painted the trim and accent wall as originally discussed and did a great job.

This company is fabulous. The owner of the company met with us to discuss what we wanted painted and followed through with his bid on time. They sent 4 people to do our job. and they were finished on time. Everyday the painters showed up on time and were very friendly. They behaved professional and responded well to all my questions. The house was left quite clean and tidy everyday before they left for the night.
