Description of Work: Painted the outside of the house. Painting outside is difficult in Seattle but the job was done when the weather permitted.

Description of Work: Queen Anne Painting came in to do paint prep interior paint prep work for us and to do some door adjustments based on too many layers of paint creating rubbing spots. They were on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Did not use voucher.......due to poor communication. The gentlemen I spoke to were very nice and polite. He pass me on to one of the people in charge with scheduling the paint jobs. He answer my question regarding how much they charge for filling holes in the wall. He said, he was unable to set up appointment to see the paint job on the day I called. However, he would call me back to set up a time to come out to my home to see the job and to let me know what other charges would be added. He promised to get back to me with a scheduled time the next day. But I never heard back from anyone. I asking for a refund for service not received.

Description of Work: I think I misunderstood and did not read the details involved in the special. Due to issues are family was dealing with we were only able to have one room painted. They said we could call them even after the coupon was expired to have the second room painted, but we have never followed up. We are really not qualified to review Queen Anne Painting.

Description of Work: This was an Angie's List deal for three rooms. We had them paint two and one brick fireplace. They were great and flexible with the fireplace. Everything was great start to finish and still it today (years later). Super happy with their work.

Description of Work: Queen Anne was contacted to provide a bid to pressure wash and stain/paint a fence. They were to provide the estimate in writing (because we were comparing it with three other bids). After severa; weels. we called to find out where the estimate was. They said they "thought they had provided it" already and would do so. However, they sent a brief emai (two lines) but indicated they would not provide details (i.e., both sides, number of coats, etc.) until we authorized them for the job. Because of lack of detail, we decided not to consider them for the job. A disappointment since they were highly rated per Angie's List.

Description of Work: Painted family room, dining room, and master bed. Only walls, minor trim.
