The cleaning women came at 9:00am right on time which I say right now was impressive because they came all the way from Graham, Wa to Bellevue and have never been to my house before. We took a walk through my house and I eplained to them what I needed to do. Then I had to leave to a Doctors appointment. When I came back about 21/2 hours later that had pretty muched finsihed with the downstairs, They had organized my garage so that I could get through to the treadmill which I will need in my hip surgery recovery, they had even brought down and place my other equipment that I would need in my recovery in a place that was so easy to get to. They had pulled out a carpet in the laundry room and cleaned the laundry room spotless and let me tell you it was a mess. Downstairs they picked up all my dogs chewed up dog toys and the tiny pieces that he always manage to make when tearing a toy apart. they washed all my dogs blankets and vacuumed the downstairs, went through a ton of piled up junk and organized it, got read of expired food that has bben setting on a shelf for the past year plus. Dusted and arrainged everything very neatly. Upstairs these women went to town, Cleaning out cubboards, getting rid of expired food, organizing pots, pans dishes, going through three huge piles of mail that where everywhere on the dining room table, coffee table and sperated out all the magazines and junk mail from the important mail. they clean 21/4 bathrooms, the bedroom which was a total pit, Dusted, vacuumed and, the even cleaned railing, lamps and trim. If it looked dirty they cleaned it. Right now your thinking wow that's what a cleaning service should be doing. So let me explaine at this present time I am disabled and have to rely on my husband to clean house. My husband god love him is a good man but he collects everything, he borders on being a hoarder I use to go behind him and throw things away as fast as he brought things into the house so we have always had an even balance. 11/2 years ago I had a very bad accident that left me disable and no longer able to clean house. So were talking about a 11/2 years of dirt and junk that these women had to go through and clean up. Getting the picture They started at 9am and finshed at 6:30pm and in all that time they pretty much only took a lunch break. Now my house is outstanding and sparkles. I can see my coffee table, my dining room table. my kitchen counters and now I don't have to worry about something growing out of the toliet LOL... Outstanding work just outstanding. I am truley thankfull for these hard working women. I will never go to another house cleaning service, Tamara has my businessfor life. ta

Excellent quality cleaning (just like the name). Tam was able to help me with organization which is something that my condo was really lacking. She made it all so simple and intuitive. Tam is a great business person and does an excellent job in all counts. I would recommend her services to friends and family and I will use them myself in the future. JB

I have been a client of Quality Cleaning Etc for over two years. I use them on a weekly basis. Tamara and her team is very flexible. I sometimes need to skip weeks or change days. We are able to plan this in advance. I am always left with a very clean place after the 4 hours. In all my cleanings, I have never had an issue that something was not clean or not handled properly. They are very careful to use the right products on the right services. Until our kitty passed away, we had a cat in the condo. They did a fantastic job of cleaning cat hair and were very sweet to our kitty. They have introduced me to products that do a fantastic job on stainless steel and granite. My life is much easier with Quality Cleaning Etc.
