From the time I first contacted this company until the end of my project, everything went very smooth and easy. My new windows are wonderful and the installation looks marvelous. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for such a great and easy experience!

I researched window companies in the area and selected two to come in and do quotes. The sales person (Dave) did a great job presenting and advising on the various options, and instilling confidence (through compelling evidence) that Puget Sound Windows was a quality company. He didn't require my husband to be present as so many companies do (I always find that insulting), and we do feel like we got a competitive price for the job. Sure, there are probably some shady operators who will provide lower prices, but I'm not comfortable entrusting something as important as windows to questionable providers. They came and did the job in two days, everyone was very professional, and they cleaned up the yard, etc. We didn't do all of the windows in our home because we didn't want to spend that much $ at once, but we plan to call them soon to come out and complete the remaining 5 windows. [upd 3/2012 - done, and satisfied] Our home has a direct western exposure and gets VERY hot inside during the summer when it's in the 90's outside. While we didn't have a particularly warm summer this year, we did not experience the sweltering indoor temperatures that we have in the past... we replaced all windows on the western side of the house and I think the windows made a difference. We also replaced one at the top of the stairs that now opens (the previous one did not) so that allowed much better air flow. The new sliding door with incorporated pet door is awesome in terms of being able to open the whole door, and looks much nicer than our old pet door panel. Overall, our windows look great, helped regulate the temperature in our home, and were installed professionally.

When I asked for an estimate, they can up with additional ideas that proved to be fabulous, including the dog flap and a floor to ceiling window and patio door to the rear yard. Everything was done on time and they were very professional. Clean up was great. One of the bathroom windows was below ground level and had a very difficult access.
